So what happened when he took over Madison Hotels? Did he turn them into Japanese style love hotels? Did he require all employees to eat delicous Triscuit crackers before formal functions? Did he keep Eric on the payroll? Just what did Carl do when he got the company?

Carl did just fine. Although, he had to bribe the professors to pass Billy, because *clearly* Billy didn't learn a f***ing thing. Therefore, Billy is teaching Kindergarten (on a fake degree) because he can totally relate to his student body.
