I'd be cool with them going in someday, but not ahead of the Freebirds, Midnight Express, Rock 'n' Roll Express, Demolition, or New Age Outlaws.

No. They were fun briefly in 2000. I don't think they were ever that good without Rikishi and Brian Cristopher sucks. So did the worm.

I'm still gutted their NXT run was a one shot deal

He doesn't need it.
A self-pat on the back is worth more than a HOF ring.

I feel like Scotty 2 Hotty is more deserving on his own merits, nothing against Brian Christopher/Sexay but he was only around for a couple of years in that gimmick and then Scotty kept it going for years to come.

Just give me Vader That's the guy I want the most.
Too Cool was constantly ovet and Scotty kept that shit going for years. I'm not against it, but not in a hurry to see them in. Though I think too cool and rikishi should of gone in togother

Well based on the rumors that...... The Godfather is rumored to go in this year I'd say the bar is lowered, and that anyone who was over with the audience has a legit shot Massively over during his Godfather days, cult figure these days as Papa Shango, former IC and Tag Team champ, apparently well-liked by everyone who worked with him and never complained about some of the goofy stuff Vince made him do. He checks pretty much all the boxes, don't know why there'd be a real problem with him going in.

I don't have a problem with him going in eventually, I just think they plan these things so poorly. There are a bunch of old timers who aren't getting any younger and giants who as steph said a few years ago on raw, do not live as long as others.
So before you start inducting midcarders from the attitude era, they should be focusing on guys from the 80s, 70,s and 60s. Not just the living ones, but the dead ones that people who knew them and are still alive could induct. Does it do WWE any good to induct Ivan Koloff after he's dead or once Bruno has passed?

How is Koloff not in the HOF? Still alive, former WWWF champion. Strange.
Hopefully this year's class goes something like:
Sting Vader The Freebirds Ivan Koloff Jacqueline or Bull Nakano Owen or Rude or Bigelow or Boss Man Rick Martel Jushin Liger

The HOF is as much about honoring the past as it is about getting media attention and making money. They need marketable guys from the late 90s boom that can help boost interest in WWE, the HOF and in promoting Wrestlemania. As long as they have a balance between The Rikishis and the Gorgeous Georges, it's a fair trade-off in my view.

So if that spoiler is to be believed they aren't doing a Warrior Award this year then?
I would assume they'd at least keep it up for more than one year which is why I'm a bit skeptical.

Part of me thinks they might finally induct Jim Johnston into the Hall if those behind the music videos they've been posting on YouTube lately are meant to hint at anything. I could be wrong, but he'd fit the bill and probably wouldn't take up a lot of time either.

The Warrior Award is going to go to Elijah "Drax Shadow" Mainville because he's the only sick kid WWE focused any attention on in the last year. If not him, then Susan G Komen because they are based in Dallas.

Martel I'd keep for Minneapolis since he made his bones in AWA. Otherwise, I'm fine with this list. But what about Taker? He really should co-headline with Sting.

Vader going in the same year as Sting would make me smile. That'd be great if it happened.

When it comes to celebritie inductees, Cyndi Lauper is the one who should go in most of all.
I know some will say Motorhead and whilst I don't disagree with them going them, I'm not to big on inducting someone just because they recently died.

I'd like to see them make the Warrior Award every other year, switching with something for backstage guys. Make it easier to keep both going.

Jim Johnston has to go in eventually. That guy affected the childhood of so many different people without those people even realizing it.

I wonder who'll be inducting them. As i predicted on another board: Sting: Flair JBL: Ron Simmons Freebirds: Kevin Von Erich Jackie: Sable Charles Wright: Mark Henry (only guy associated with him who's not dead or on bad terms with the WWE) Regis: Kathie Lee Gifford
