Charles Wright: Mark Henry (only guy associated with him who's not dead or on bad terms with the WWE) Regis: Kathie Lee Gifford Well there is Taker for Charles Wright, but he's too deep in kayfabe. Another possibility is The Rock. For Regis, I'm going to say Vince.

On the 26th of January, Smith Hart confirmed on his official Facebook account immediately following a phone conversation that he had with his younger brother Bret Hart that WWE won't be inducting their brother Owen Hart or their former brother-in-law Davey Boy Smith into the WWE Hall of Fame individually this year. Smith Hart also confirmed on his official Facebook account in that exact same post that WWE won't even be inducting the Hart Foundation stable into the WWE Hall of Fame this year either. In that Facebook post, a very frustrated Smith Hart blasted the WWE Hall of Fame with such major force. On the 21st of January, Smith Hart revealed that he is currently battling bone and prostate cancer. Smith Hart was the first of 12 children of Stu and Helen Hart. I wish Smith Hart and the entire Hart Family all of the very best. As expected, WWE's reason for continuing to hold off on a Owen Hart induction into the WWE Hall of Fame remains Owen's widow Martha, who still holds a major grudge against WWE. I have absolutely no idea why WWE still hasn't inducted Davey Boy Smith into the WWE Hall of Fame. www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2016/0126/607077/big-update-on-if-wwe-will-be-inducting-owen-hart-into-hall-of/

I mean what's next Mosher and Thrasher,Jazz and D Lo Brown next year.

I have no idea why people seem to think the Hall of Fame should be exclusive to multi-time World Champions or main event talent only. Charles Wright showed more versatility and perseverance in his career than most, did everything he was told to do, and ultimately spent more time in the company than quite a few of first-ballot inductees.
Sure, there's snubs just like anything in life, but the British Bulldog not being in the Hall of Fame does not nullify the contributions that guys like Rikishi and The Godfather made in their careers.

I mean what's next Mosher and Thrasher,Jazz and D Lo Brown next year. And those midcard acts agreed to be inducted. The WWE isn't going to induct Owen without Martha's approval. And we don't know what's happened with Diana, she may not have given them approval. So they're holding off and not inducting either guy.

I understand Smiths rant. We have all done it (Everyone, myself included ranted about Savage for years) but there is always alot more too it than them not wanting to induct them, I bet Vince and everyone in WWE would like to induct both Owen and Davey, and probably will eventually - but theres always more too it, legal wise, why or how people passed and so on so forth. Smith should be ranting at Martha if she is the one holding back in this not WWE. Davey Boy will go in before Owen I think. They obviously have to limit the posthumous inductees. I think Rude should go in this year as that pick however I read on Twitter that WWE confiscated a Rude for WWE HOF sign from a fan so not sure if he is going in anytime soon.

Owen aside there are probably 100-150 acts more important to wrestling that can be inducted over The Godfather or JBL.

What are the chances of kamala going in?
His legs amputated wouldn't be pretty and there are interviews where it looks like he wasn't treated well in wwe. Would it be a feel good moment or a bad move?
Texas makes sense.

So yet another year where Demolition gets snubbed?
I guess they'll induct them when they're dead.

Does Demolition have any kind of beef with WWE, I know Ax sued them in the 90's or something, but it is a glaring omission for two guys who are alive and well and would be an entertaining induction as well.
So if they go with the currently rumoured list, they dont have a posthumous inductee yet.

Seems like Demolition had been on bad terms with WWE for years, but I thought that changed with their inclusion in WWE '12.

Ax and Smash are fine with WWE now. In fact Ax said during an interview that he thinks they'll be inducted soon or in the next few years.

Since they are in Texas, Gary Hart should get the nod.

Since they are in Texas, Gary Hart should get the nod. They only do one posthumous induction a year. And two-thrids of the Freebirds cover that.

Per the Observer: It's Beefcake Barber's time. I always thought he was already in due to playing him as a legend in the SDvsRAW games when I was younger. Surprised he hasn't been inducted yet
