The WWE World Championship Belt debuted nearly 3 Years Ago

On the February 18, 2013, episode of Raw, The Rock unveiled a new WWE Championship belt

Yep nearly that long already. Time is flying by again. Don't know about anyone else but the design has very very slowly grown on me, certainly better than the spinner belt in my book. The belt definitely looked great with Brock, Bryan, Rollins, Rock holding and wearing it.

Opinions? Has it grown on you over the years? Who has worn it best so far/most suited to its design?

Belt definitely improved when Brock brought out the "unified" title that had the Network Era WWE logo on it. The scratch logo iteration looked terrible.

As far as who it looked best on, Brock by far made it look amazing. Looked pretty good on Rollins, too.

The scratch logo one looks bad. The Network Era logo with the belt is amazing. The design just didn't work for the scratch logo.

Interesting that they got rid of the crown on the "default" side-plates during the changeover (though we pretty much never see those plates except when the title is being held by Vacant). But yes, I prefer the look it has with the current logo, even if "World Heavyweight Championship" is a bit small on the front.

I still don't like it. The Spinner belt had to go eventually but I don't know. Something about this belt looks...lame. It's just not aesthetically pleasing to me.

That's how I feel too. Most of the past WWF/E Championship belts have have a lot of intricate design work with globes, eagles, etc. This is just a big logo.

I wish the latest version carried over more elements of the Big Gold belt but I think it looks really good.

At WMIV, they had Robin Leach carry the belt down to the ring on a red velvet pillow with piano music playing. Everything about it just said "we regard this belt as a holy grail". These days, the belts are treated too casually and they tend to look awful too, except for the IC belt.

I feel like we're doomed to have a giant WWE logo as the centerpiece from now on, and that cheapens the whole look of the belt to me.

Maybe unpopular opinion, but I never liked how the detail on the WHC was obscured by the fact that it's one single color. If you look at images like the one you posted, it looks great. But whenever it was on TV, the WHC looked kinda dull to me.
