Building off the thread of potentially messing up NXT call-ups, who else in the organization do you think brings more negative things forward than positive? And not including Kevin Dunn, he's been covered enough.
The two names that come to mind immediately are Hayes and Lawler. Lawler contributes nothing commentary-wise, not sure what if anything he does backstage, but his on-screen role is so potentially damaging via his disinterest that he's honestly not worth holding onto.
Hayes has all the baggage about his... cultural sensitivity, let's say, and also seems to be pretty much calcified in terms of his opinion of how things should be done.
Honestly, the sooner the WWE can prune out the old-school carny influence and keep the old-school guys that can still contribute positively (i.e. Dusty's role before his passing), the better for the long-term of the company, especially with all the talent poised to break through soon.

They should just shuffle Lawler down to Florida, have him help out with the promo classes or something.

Lawler has a place but not on commentary. I'd have him as a random interviewer from time and time again, I'd mostly keep him in the back giving tips to guys about promos and living your character.

Lawler, and Hayes for sure. I can't understand what they see in those two. From my perspective Jerry's lazy and contributes nothing and Michael is a political backstabber who holds people down, and forces himself onto the women. He's sexist, racist, and spoke out against guys like Punk and Bryan.
Cole can go too since id like to see fresh faces. Find backstage roles for Kane, big show and the other old timers, let jbl be the Lawler of a new team.

I follow the sentiment of Lawler and Hayes
And JBL and Cole if they count.
And Big Show, but it is not his fault

Stephanie McMahon, on TV everyone is made to be an inferior little cuckold in her presence.

I'm with the earlier poster. Lawler could be a FANTASTIC asset in NXT, teaching promos and how to throw a worked punch and get over. But he's an awful color guy at this point.
Hayes probably needs to go, as well. Steph, honestly, needs to go, but that ain't happening.

Please don't say it was anything relating to how they looked, seeing how Hayes is tied with Bobby Eaton for all-time dad bod in wrestling.

Vince, Dunn, Lawler, Stephanie. Anything is better without any of them in 100% of situations.

Hayes is the guy constantly trying to undercut pushes. He even did it to Edge in 06.

Dunn- then see if anyone else needs to go. Then Hayes. Give Lawler a legends deal & trot him out occasionally.
Dunn today, like now.

For the folks saying that Stephanie needs to go, are you saying go as in "get off of my TV" or go as in "get out of the company"? Because I don't think her off-screen role is that interesting to get rid of her.

Basically yeah, he didn't like their looks, and would try to say they weren't ready for pushes, he openly admits to it, but in a condescending way. LIke because they were successful he says that he was right and they weren't ready yet, and they had it in them to become what they did, but they wouldn't have if they got pushed before. He does it on the Punk dvd. and Hayes is the guy constantly trying to undercut pushes. He even did it to Edge in 06. Yes, and I have heard that he was against the Hardy's main event pushes and Christian.

I don't know if Vince/Dunn SHOULD go. Are HHH/Stephanie really the answer? I don't think so. Until they have right successors in charge Vince/Dunn should stay on. I don't think the shareholders are too giddy on HHH/Stephanie taking over either.
HHH can't run WWE like Vince did. He just doesn't have the vision and business acumen of Vince. At least not to appeal to the masses like Vince did in the 80s and 90s. Stephanie is just a useless waste of space. Both on and off camera. Totally clueless on the creative side, and an annoying on screen character channel turner

Jerry Lawler and JBL for certain. Their shit commentary is often detrimental to the talent they're supposed to be getting over.

What's so frustrating about Lawler is that he can still be really good when he can be bothered to care.

Lawler would be great as a heel manager. He cuts very good promos still but is dreadful on commentary.
