I have a cold and have the worst sore throat and constantly wake up with dry mouth. Please fix my mouth and do whatever it takes

What I use for a sore throat is:
-Plenty of hot cocoa (Use the actual cocoa powder and the recipe of the side of the container if you use Hersey's)
-I gargle the crap out of warm water and salt in a cup every hour

What I use for a sore throat is: -Plenty of hot cocoa (Use the actual cocoa powder and the recipe of the side of the container if you use Hersey's) -I gargle the crap out of warm water and salt in a cup every hour I do the salt water sometimes. You can also try ground red pepper in some water and gargle that but it isn't always pleasant to do so. Warm tea with honey and lemon help a lot and don't forget to drink lots of water. If you also have a runny nose, you can try a decongestant because that helps me some times. Hopefully, it gets better. |
