Anyone been watching her comeback show which started last week? It's on again tonight, I sort of liked bits of it, like the musical number at the library and the Judi Dench impersonation, but a lot of it still fell flat. Did'nt laugh much at the dozen or so spots devoted to that Karen character who came out of a 20 year jail sentence abroad and had to 'adjust' to things.
I'm aware of her reputation because of how big a Simpsons nut I am and how significant it's history is to her U.S show, but outside of that one time she voiced a character, I'm not too familiar with her work. Currently getting caught up thanks to Youtube and I've been recommended "A Class Act"

One thing I cannot find anywhere: the PSA she did with Chris Burke. Any help please?

Her original sketch show was funny and most of those guys on the show went on and we're successful.
The HBO show she did was funny but I didn't get addicted to it. She is a talent and very funny but I didn't even know she had a new show.

It's on BBC ONE in the UK, so I presume BBC America will eventually show it.
Saw it again last night. A lot better this time around, I'm glad the Judi Dench act is going to be a recurring thing. And the Dame Maggie Smith Bond audition gave me a chuckle "It's Agent 7...hasn't anyone noticed?"
