Could just be another clickbait speculation video made by WWE, but I found it interesting.
An interesting thing to note is them bringing up Bryan just after he has been cleared to return, and the surprises of Goldberg and Stone Cold. Weren't Goldberg and Austin rumoured to be facing Lesnar a while ago?

So, presumably everyone teased in this is 100% not happening then.

Sting almost got paralyzed a few months ago and Rollins obliterated everything in his knee in November. Come on, WWE.

I said Austin as a joke with that poll, "Who would you like to see make a surprise appearance in the Rumble match?"
Although I would like random Austin stunning everybody in the ring at one point, including Curtis Axel. Axel will still bitch about never being officially eliminated.

Using the needle in the haystack method to working out WWE logic...
Hmm, The Rock is conspicuous by his absence in that video.

So, presumably everyone teased in this is 100% not happening then. Seems like Hulk Hogan has more of a chance of coming back to the Rumble than any of them. (except maybe Undertaker, but he doesn't need a program to get into the Wrestlemania card, and with the potential influx of NJPW, NXT and others who can make their return, he'll just take up a spot unnecessarily)

Taker I can see, Idk about Sting, what's his status? Austin, no way. Goldberg, no way. Bryan, I can see.

No way Goldberg would return for anything less than a Wrestlemania match unless he'd going to be the best paid one off Rumble participant in wrestling history.
The surprise entrants are likely to be NXT guys plus the usual suspects, Sami Zayn, Samoa Joe, RVD, Nash and Santino.

If they were showing up, they wouldn't "spoil" the surprise.

You know the tiresome "Austin is wrestling this year!!" rumours which start every year before Mania? (Which I've been guilty of in the past).
I'm genuinley curious as to whether they start up yet again when Mania 33 starts to roll around, even though Austin would have missed two Texas manias (25 and 32) which if he was going to wrestle he would have done so at and he will be 52.
I know he's not going to but I'm kind of dreading what culture and other sources starting up the mania 33 austin will wrestle rumour train.
