The first Final Destination. The whole thing.
Not because of the movie itself. But because when I saw it in the theater it was with my (legally blind) cousin and some classmates of his from a School for the blind. The other two kids were totally blind and I was volunteered to explain the entire movie to them.
All I can remember was one death and saying "Well, it's like Tomato soup everywhere."

There was a bit of unintentional hilarity when Djimon Honsou just frikkin loses it in Blood Diamond. Completely justified in the situation, but just a little over the top.

Entirety of Pearl Harbor Couldn't believe this was supposed to be a serious movie Everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves In particular, the scene where Ben Affleck returns to find out that his beautiful and grief stricken girlfriend (who he knew for about five weeks) and his equally distraught and vulnerable best friend, both of whom he intentionally abandoned to fight in a dangerous foreign war (after lying to even get into the military) and was presumed dead, are....in a relationship! Oh no! Those bastards!!!

Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? The heroine Blanche is confined to a wheelchair and her jealous sister Jane constantly torments her while taking care of her. Jane has enough and begins to threaten Jane saying that Jane wouldn't do the things she was doing if Jane wasn't in the chair and Jane cuts her off stating simply "But you are in the chair Blanche." It is a chilling scene reminding you of just how helpless Blanche is.
The problem is I'd seen this scene from Seinfeld many many times as a kid.
When I saw Baby Jane for a film class in college, when that line came, I very nearly howled with laughter. Thank goodness I was in the back of the class.

The plane scene in The Dark Knight Rises, which I can no longer watch. Dammit 4chan. Go on... The memetic mutation of the opening scene, which has reached cult status.

You expounded too much. All you needed to say was you saw Final Destination with your blind cousin. There is no universe that exists in which that would not be hilarious. Its great you did that for your cousin, though!

Titanic "Is there anybody out there? " in the thickest Welsh accent in human history.

The Happening & Lady in the Water, pretty much the whole thing for both. Hell, Shyamalan's other movies all had at least one serious moment that was funny, too.

Does the entirety of The Room count? The flick for which Brie Larson got a Golden Globe?? No the flick where Tommy Wiseau should of swept the oscars in

I still haven't seen Blood Diamond, but I remember seeing TV spots for it and laughing at his delivery of "I AM NOT YOUR PARTNER!"

The end of "The Perfect Storm" where Mark Wahlberg is floating in the sea, about to die, and does an inner monologue farewell speech to his soon-to-be bereaved girlfriend.
It's funny only because of his voice, which I can never take seriously.

It's funny only because of his voice, which I can never take seriously. I never really had an issue with Wahlberg's voice until We Hate Movies. Now literally everything he says is hilarious. Except for his comedies.

So I'm the one asshole who cracked up in the theater I went to when I saw it. My friends kept giving me dirty looks but how the hell don't you notice any entire field exploding behind you?

Do I have to give a spoiler warning for old movies? I'm not sure what the statute of limitations is on spoilers...
Assuming I should, SPOILER ALERT and all that.
- I laughed when Jack died in Titanic. I've always found that scene really stupid, for whatever reason. But when I was a kid, I thought it was the funniest thing that she wouldn't let him up there with her.
- I laughed when the T-Rex ate Gennaro off of the toilet in Jurassic Park. I was 7. There was a man on the toilet. It was hilarious.

I hated Jenny too.
Forrest loved her and she gave it all up to sing badly while naked on a stage then join the Black Panthers, or something (not sure she would have fit in).
Then when all else failed she thought "Oh I remember....Forrest!"

Remember Rocky II, when Mickey slapped the shit out of Rocky to prove his binocular vision was failing? I don't think we were supposed to laugh, but that was hilarious...

Bridge to Terabithia, both the Old and the New One In the old one when he's told the girl died in the river, his "NO, YOU LIE!!" was so overblown that it was hilarious to me, and it didn't help I was a fan of Invader Zim And then in the second one when the same Death happens, it's played up so sad that it just turns comedic because the sadness is so forced. In one scene it gets so bad that the girl dies and the literal day after when he's in school the Teacher who sings to her class plays "Someday I'm finally gonna let go" while awkwardly looking at the Traumatized boy who has his head down and is staring at nothing. You don't think you coulda changed up the song there a little teach? You just had to stick to the class plan?? And the look on her face knowing this moment was a mistake just makes it hilarious, like why even play it? Is it an obligation?? Jeezus... A.I., basically all of it, but the ending especially. The Odd Life of Timothy Green also falls into this category, especially considering after all the shit these parents do wrong and the moral being "Learning nothing is great and being a F*** up means we did good", these people get a child. Also Plant Kid Jesus Baby was hilarious enough. In Up when Muntz falls to his death with a few Balloons still tied to him. I don't know why I found that funny, I guess because as he's falling to his death he still has some colorful balloons to keep him happy as he plummets! And plenty of others also mentioned here.
