Looking at the lineage of the WWE World Heavyweight Title, we have Triple H now wearing it again. Has anyone else ever worn 4 different versions of this title while in WWE or more? 1999:  2002:  2008:  2016:  |

The Rock had those four belts as well even if his time with the spinner belt was brief.

Green
H85
H86
Winged Eagle
Undisputed
Rock is at 5 (boosted to 6 if you count the WCW Title when WWE used it, 7 if you count the custom belt that didn't make TV):
Big Eagle
Smoking Skull
Undisputed
Spinner
Scratch Logo
Hunter would be at 5 if you used the WHC as well.
If you count WHC, Cena is at 4:

How can a guy age so much over 20 years and still look relatively the same? Somewhere in an attic, there's a portrait of Triple H being buried.

Hogan 84 Hogan 85 the mystery hogan belt that lasted a month Hogan 86 Winged Eagle Undisputed. Hogan does have the record through, of having 5 different belt for one title reign. |

I'm really intrigued by the Hogan mystery belt now. Did anyone ever find out the story behind it? I had never heard of the mystery belt until now. Wacky. Did a quick Google search, and best I can find is it was meant to be a new belt, but Vince didn't like it so it only turned up for a few house shows. Found a few nice quality pictures of it, too. Notable for having Hogan's face on the belt, no one can tell if it was engraved or a removable plate of some sort.   |
