A Tokyo sport interview had just been released with Nakamura stating one if the biggest reasons he signed with WWE was Daniel Bryan. Also the question that needs to be asked after all this has come out about Bryan. What the f*** does Kurt think he is doing by continuing to wrestle? (especially in the last couple of years). If you type Kurt Angle Concussion you get pages and pages of reports of one's he had over the years, even early in his WWE run. I said it last night in the Impact thread, Kurt has that glossed over look already and that was before the match. Davey Richards is getting there as well, he couldn't hold the chair properly last night And yet said company gives two shits worth a damn and allows them to keep on doing it just because. Seriously people need to take a page from Bryans book and just maybe think of getting the same brain scan he did so maybe it will make them see that probably they shouldn't be doing this stuff anymore.

Team Hell No was the best unlikely tag fusion since Booker T and Goldust.

Something that was brought up as I was browsing through Reddit just now. The finish of this Bryan/Sheamus match from April last year... With his revelation that he was suffering legitimate seizures because of these concussions, the selling of the Bullhammer is just hideously uncomfortable to watch in hindsight, if it even IS selling. God. That....that's nauseating

Having never seen that match, because SmackDown... Yeah, that looks disgusting. Like, might just be hindsight talking but really hard to just see that selling because it's never how you see that move sold.

That's exactly why they won't get the scan, they don't want that knowledge. They want to be able to think they can handle it and keep going.

Now with all of the troubling medical news coming out about Bryan's health, will people finally understand why Dr Maroon not clearing him? Doubtful since some still consider him a quack from a movie that took big creative liberties and WWE not clearing Bryan is some big conspiracy to keep Roman Reigns strong. I've seen some people blast Maroon for not catching what the newest test did, of course they don't mention the doctors that cleared him, the same doctors they were saying were better than Maroon. People felt so smug calling him a corporate puppet and saying the UCLA doctor and Bryan's doctor cleared but the WWE quack won't because they were afraid him getting super over again. Yet none of those people are admitting to being wrong. Hell, you still got people wanting to know if he is going to wrestle outside of WWE. Bryan has a brain lesion and having seizures yet folks want him back in the ring.

Wrestling Observer's "Best Technical Wrestler Award" is being renamed "The Bryan Danielson Award". Bryan won the award every year from 2005 to 2013. I don't think I've ever shilled for the Observer on the boards (and I've been here since 2005), but I would recommend subscribing just to read Dave's article about Bryan Danielson. Speaking of, out of the blue they have decided to run a sale. I think it's because of the Bryan article, which has been getting overwhelming praise.

With his revelation that he was suffering legitimate seizures because of these concussions, the selling of the Bullhammer is just hideously uncomfortable to watch in hindsight, if it even IS selling. Yeah I saw that on reddit yesterday. I don't know if I really believe that was an actual seizure. I mean after the bullhammer, that's when Bryan starts to twitch and the doctor checks on him. I would like to think that the doctor would have at that point shielded Bryan as if to say "no no, he's done." I doubt he would let someone who he suspects just had a seizure get picked up and dropped on the ground again. It's definitely a weird sell (and it sucks in this sense that Bryan is such a good seller) but I think this might be a case of people looking for evidence of his seizures. If it was a seizure, I would think that WWE would attempt to remove all evidence of it from their servers, and more so, have it removed it from Smackdown, which of course is taped. This rings even more true in the sports climate of the last couple of years. I'm sure the lawyers of anyone suing WWE for endangering an employee's health would be eager to use a video that shows a wrestler having a seizure on broadcast television. Of course I could be wrong. But unless Bryan confirms that it was a seizure, I think it was just a sell, as disturbing as it looked.

No joke on nothing, I don't care how you feel about Dave Meltzer or the Observer or dirt sheets in general. If you got the money to spare (especially with that sale going), subscribe so you can read the huge article about Bryan. Like, do it now. It's a masterpiece.

"This is what happens when my head is actually screwed up... I'll use that in a match!"

Anyone catch his interview on Good Morning America? They handled the story in a very classy manner, which I appreciated. You know, even as much as a diehard Bryan fan I am, one thing is really hitting home now (especially since it was featured prominently in the clip): Why in the hell did he start incorporating those stupid headbutts into his repertoire when he came back this last time? Of course, we all know the impact the flying headbutt has done to the many performers who did it, but I mean, that spot where he and Ziggler are just bashing their heads together at the top of the ladder...is just so stupid. It was embarrassing to watch because to the casual viewer, they're probably thinking, "Of course the dummy has concussions, he's just smashing his head into the other guy...hehe...stupid wrestlers..." I would really like to know the inspiration behind Bryan using that spot when he came back, as it seems so below him in terms of how creative he is with his spots usually. Maybe it was "goat style headbutts" to fit with the goat nickname? I don't know. Either way, seeing that as a fan at the time definitely made me cringe, and does so even more now with with reality of the situation.

The fact he was doing the flying headbutt at all after how it turned Benoit and Dynamite's brains to mush is insanity. The fact he continued doing it after his lengthy injury layoff, and added those ridiculous stiff headbutts like you say....it beggars belief. How did Bryan think that was a decent idea how did WWE think that was a decent idea how did nobody say "Um, maybe lay off on the bashing your head into things shtick"?

The flying headbutt is an odd move. You'd think with a bit of common sense it could be fairly safe. I mean essentially it's just a front bump, or rather it should be.

I wouldn't be disappointed if I never saw another flying headbutt again but I don't understand how it ended up being so dangerous.

The WWE YT has uploaded his last match in its entirety
In London. In a match involving old friends and one's you have amazing chemistry with in Cesaro and Kidd, while teaming with Cena. Pretty damn good last match if you ask me. And a little off topic but Tyson Kidds tag championship attire is amazing.

The Flying Headbutt isn't even a good move. It looks ten times shitter than just a normal splash.

Any idea if the flying headbutt contributed to Bam Bam Bigelow's death?
On an unrelated note, I'm just now noticing how much Bryan resembled Jim Henson.
