Because of Trips vs Bryan being a classic earlier in ghe night I think it's easy to forget how good the triple threat match was with him and Orton and Batista. Kickass triple threat that managed to bring the cried back to life after the streak ending.
Also Bryan vs Ziggler Bragging Rights Bryan vs Miz NOC Bryan vs Miz Vs Morrison Submissions count anywhere at HIAC all deserve shout outs
Indy match shout outs Any match with Rod Strong Any match with Seth Rollins in ROH

Cena vs Bryan though my favourite was the Wrestlemania triple threat match for obvious reasons.

Forgot about that. Him vs. Morishima (Manhattan Mayhem II), vs. KENTA (GBH V: N2) and Joe (Midnight Express Reunion) were insanely good too.

It's hard to narrow it down to one,IMO.
For me, seeing him live vs. Alex Shelley at Glory By Honor 3 and then the tag match with him & Low Ki vs. Joe/Liger was awesome. Also, the match with him vs Nigel McGuinness at Unified 2006 was epic, though the spot where he pulls Nigel headfirst into the pole twice is hard to watch on second & third viewings.
In WWE, his match with Cena was great, I didn't expect him to go over at all and he beat him right in the middle with the running knee which was great. Of course the WM30 event was his night to shine going over all of Evolution in one night, which would've been nothing more than a fantasy 10 years ago.

Can someone explain why Triple H/Bryan was so great? I agree with the comments, it's an amazing match but for the life of me I can't put into words why it was amazing. Usually I can with great matches, something usually sticks out but this one I just can't describe it. It's just "amazing" in all areas, I'm trying to describe it to a friend.

Triple H. That match is a clinic. That is how you use more complex moves but make them matter. Absolute genius from both guys. This. Anyone who says Triple H can't wrestle is just letting their hate get the better of them. Complex wrestling that told a story without being a spotfest.

I tell ya what... I think vs. Cena at Summerslam was the best one I saw. Your mileage may vary.

Cena vs Bryan at Summerslam was just magnificent. The running knee looked like Cena got killed. Instant credibility for a new finisher.
The Triple Threat at Mania was overbooked just to perfection. Really worked with Bryan, who just excelled as an underdog.
Punk vs Bryan at Over the Limit was a classic too. Textbook pro wrestling.
Sheamus in the two out of three falls match also. Both guys put their heart and soul in there.

My favorite of his in general wold be Team Hell No and Randy Orton vs. The Shield.
After that would be vs. Triple H, vs. John Cena and this one kick ass match with KENTA he had way back when.

Usually I can with great matches, something usually sticks out but this one I just can't describe it. It's just "amazing" in all areas, I'm trying to describe it to a friend. What I really like about the match is that despite all the bravado of Triple H and Stephanie calling Daniel Bryan a B+ player, talking like Bryan isn't in Triple H's league, and the build up that consisted of both guys beating the hell out of each other, the match itself had every reason to be a flat out brawl, but it wasn't. Instead, they had a good clean wrestling match because despite how personal it was, the root of the story was that Triple H knew that if he weaseled his way out of the match no one would ever believe his hype, and he knew that if he didn't bring it hard, Bryan would get the best of him because all the trash talk was bullshit and he knew it from the start, and despite his best efforts Bryan still won.
