I love Brock. He's always been awesome. He's dominant, likeable, and he has crossover appeal. There's no need to really "sell" him because his IRL background and presence do the job. He's clearly one of the few draws they have left.
But I think crowds are always gonna be like "This new hoss is alright, but he couldn't mess with Brock Lesnar." He's a tough act to follow.
Rusev is an exception, but he had two things in his favor: 1. Lana and 2. Political climate. Those things helped to get him over more than anything until he was allowed to show his personality...which, naturally didn't happen until his streak got broken. But I digress.
So...how can they fix this?

Highlight monsters in a different way. It'll be hard to do in the current climate, but have guys be monsters that just won't stop attacking an opponent or who spam a submission that can't be broken. Let people be monsters in ways that aren't suplex suplex repeat. Take someone like Braun Strowman and make him a monster that you just can't hurt.

Brock and Rock have destroyed the upper card completely.
The shame is that all their olders draws are now retiring and the special attractions are charging an extortion amount for no house show contracts.
Meanwhile you are too scared to make your full timers into monsters in fear of damaging your part time monsters. Thus your card is stagnant and you'll be left with a giant gap when the elder draws retire and your part timers go back to their beach house.

Who needs other monsters when you got Brock f***ing Lesnar? He's the gooniest goon in wrestling, you better book him stronger than everyone else.

Lesnar isn't around enough to become just another guy. Familiarity breeds contempt when it comes to hosses and WWE booking certainly doesn't help, given their love of making big guys do comedy angles which humanise them in a way that damages their long term prospects. The way they seem drawn to pushing giants who are greener than goosepoop doesn't help either, spending 10 years trying to make guys who aren't ready into the next big thing like Nathan Jones, Vladmir Koslov and now Brown Snowman, when the other Wyatt giants are closer to the finished product, unfortunately they've already lost their shine, both in the eyes of Vince and the audience.

Who you thinking? Samoa Joe? We need to have a good old fashioned Goon Off to settle this once and for all.

Brock Lesnar is literally the final boss of the E. No comparison.
You don't need to book other monsters match up to him. That's just not happening. And take a trait they got that's different to other monsters and work with it.

When you've gone Brock, there's no going back.

I think Brock hurts the appeal of other monsters.

I think it's sad that Lesnar's position now means we could never get something like Guerrero/Lesnar in this day and age. If that was booked now, it'd be a 2 minute squash, and 1 minute 30 seconds of that would be German Suplexes, followed by the easy 3 count.

Well we know that Brock has a weak point, the achilles dick, so it's not like he's portrayed as completely unbeatable.

Brock just felt a disturbance in the force.
He quietly laid his Jimmy Johns sandwich down, grunted that smiling grunt of his, handed Heyman a microphone, and the two of them walked out the door looking at various locations on Google Maps on one of Heyman's phones.
Basically; you have all angered Brock. He is coming for you.
Aim for his Bork if you dare, but remember; if you come at the king you best not miss.

The guy has amazing talents as a worker he never gets to use because every knows how tough he is. Like I like watching that to but sometimes damn, I like to Brock have a great pro wrestling match that isn't just suplex, suplex, suplex, repeat destroy and the last time that happened was Summerslam 2013 against Punk.

Brock'sbooking as monster has been nothing short of perfect since WM 30. But in some ways, it has perhaps been TOO perfect. He comes across as so invincible you almost can't plausibly believe anyone being able to beat him. And granted, it wouldn't work quite the same with anyone but Brock.

There's always a bigger fish. As much ish as we're giving Braun, it will be a visual sight to see when they go one on one.
Few others I feel can go toe to toe. Joe. Owens. With the right booking/character. I mean Bray aint that big and he's a credible threat.
