In 1999, during the earlier days of the Undertaker's Ministry run. He interrupted a Women's Match and instructed Sable to dance for him. I know it was the Attitude Era, but it just...didn't seem like something the Undertaker would do.

Another Cocaine Orton moment, when he was brawling with Kane, stood on the announce table & it tipped over. He then proceeded to stand up and give it the most "drunk white girl NUH UH" finger wag ever. Man, Orton's weird. Hilarious, but weird. "AHAHA-HAHA.... OH ****"

Rusev saying things like "I'll kick you in the groin." There was a time where Rusev was all serious and barely had any comedy moments.

Oh I got another one, I don't know exactly how we lasted this long without it
Roman's Magic Beans Promo had to be the most ridiculous thing ever... and I'd say it's out of character for how absolutely bizarre it was. It turned the crowd on him instantly.

What I find incredible is after saying "fine speech" to open his rebuttal to CM Punk cutting some of the most impassioned promos the company had seen in years, he immediately goes into a horrible comedy schtick about how childish Punk and Vince are (complete with a mock voice that only a child would use to mock someone), ripping off Vince's face, stepping in shit and then wiping his feet on the rug he'd made out of Vince's face and asked if Vince's bad breath was a result of eating Bigfoot's diaper before going into whatever it is he was actually there to say. So, at least for me. "fine speech" seemed like a guy before starting his own speech in the most pitiful way possible seemed like a guy who had no actual argument to make trying to talk someone down to make their own points seem less weak and doing it in the absolute douchiest way possible. Just one more item on the long list of things that I think are signs that John Cena would barely have to change any of his current character traits (in fact just amplify them) for him to be one of the all-time great heels. He does this so much that I don't think we can really call being arrogant and pompous an out of character moment at this point. Best part about this was Punks rebuttal. The second Punk got on the mic after Cena said that Punk lost sight of things Punk was like...you really want to go there? Seriously Cena brought a knife to a gun fight and he got his ass blown away and the fact that Punk even got Cenas hometown to Boo Cena that was the best. It was literally a "Don't bring that gun out unless you are prepared to use it" moment and Punk just berated Cena from the second he tried to talk down to Punk. MA is full of smarks and has been for a LONG time. Getting Boston to boo Cena isn't tough. They usually did at the time. Also, Cena's actual hometown isn't Boston (or anywhere close to it).

that time Seth Rollins slung his arms over Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. it's like he legit forgot for a moment that they hated him.

"Maybe next week YOU won't be here! Seriously, Barrett stood there looking like "...huh?" Honestly, I think there must have been a storyline where Barrett was to be fired if he lost a match or something, it was dropped at the last minute and no-one told Lawler. It's the only thing I can think of with that.

And so much Sting vs Triple H. We have Sting play the avenging angel out to take down The Authority for months. And not only does the NWO, who he feuded with for almost half a decade in WCW, end up coming to his rescue-but he also forgives Triple H after attempting to kill him with a sledgehammer and suddenly is all cool with Trips being the evil boss cuz hey, he's just glad to be there. BUT YET several months later he's back to avenging angel mode, targeting Seth Rollins. So bipolar Richard Simmons couldn't keep up.
