So what's the over/under for how long Trips' entrance will be this year? 12 minutes? The current plan is for Mania to open with Shane / Taker for about, counting entrances, 35 minutes. Then Lesnar / Ambrose counting entrances will be about 25. Of the remaining three hours, two hours and 48 minutes will be devoted to Triple H's entrance.

Now there's a graphic I wasn't expecting to make any time soon, and I'm not talking about the unofficial flag of Death Valley either...

Shane McMahon is undefeated at Wrestlemania. Now we know why Undertaker is willing to face him on Vince's behalf!

Brock's Mania record is shockingly bad!

So here's where we stand after Week 1 of 6 of the WM32 build...
Announced Matches
WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Triple H v Roman Reigns *Reigns is off TV for the next few weeks to sell Triple H beatdown on RAW (also to possibly cover a legitimate operation on his nose from an unrelated incident, and maybe also to not expose him to increasingly hostile crowds)
No Holds Barred: Dean Ambrose v Brock Lesnar *Nothing of note to report
Hell In A Cell: Shane McMahon v The Undertaker *Undertaker is scheduled to appear on RAW for his first comment on the situation, could possibly lead to a change in the match as a consequence. News reports are under the impression that the match is going ahead as is at this time
Possible Matches
Divas Championship: Charlotte v #1 Contender *#1 Contender to be determined on RAW by Sasha Banks v Becky Lynch match with Charlotte at ringside, likely outcomes based on news reports are either Banks winning or draw leading to a triple threat match *A second Divas match involving the rest of the division has been discussed according to news reports, likely a tag match or battle royal, but has not been hinted at on TV in any specific fashion at this time
The New Day v The League Of Nations *Feud promoted by New Day mocking League Of Nations in comedy skits on social media, no TV interaction since Fastlane *New Day are the current Tag Team Champions, but with other feuds happening in the division, it could lead to League Of Nations costing them the belts to set up this match as a non-title grudge match and a second match involving the new champions and other team(s) (Usos? Dudley Boyz? Styles/Jericho? Wyatt Family?) *If this match is for the titles, it might be contested under six-man tag rules allowing for League Of Nations to claim Freebird rule for a possible reign *King Barrett was cleared this week after being out with a neck issue for the last couple of months, so it now throws eight-man tag in as a possibility, meaning a partner may need to be found for New Day
Intercontinental Championship: Kevin Owens v #1 Contender *Owens v AJ Styles was hinted at on social media after Fastlane, but beyond that and the pre-existing interaction at the Royal Rumble when Owens wasn't IC Champion, it wasn't hinted at on TV this week with Styles working tag matches *Big Show is another possible challenger based on interactions from SmackDown
United States Championship: Kalisto v ? *No challenger has been hinted at yet on TV with Kalisto working tag matches this week *May possibly end up being a multi-man match in a similar vein to the IC Ladder Match from WM31
Stardust v Stephen Amell *Long-running social media feud that led to an initial tag match at SummerSlam 2015 where their respective partners were involved in the winning fall *Was mostly deemed dormant until an interaction at a comic convention in Dallas led to Stardust throwing a glass of water in Amell's face *A second match has yet to be hinted at on TV, so the above interaction could have been just a one-off thing. Still... not completely implausible
3rd Annual Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal *Match not announced yet, but likely based on midcard "tradition" *Participants likely to be announced based on how other matches are set up *News reports hint at The Wyatt Family's Braun Strowman being the favourite to win it

Let's all as a unit cancel our subcriptions to the Network if Vince goes with Owens vs Big Show over Owens vs AJ Styles.

The perfect guy to represent and wrestle for Shane at WrestleMania? CM Punk. Now I know the chances of this are very slim to none. But it would make sense. Story-wise: He was feuding with the Authority before he left. They could use him leaving the company too by saying he left because of how Steph and Triple H are running the WWE. And of course, his famous words in his pipebomb: "And I'd like to think that maybe this company will be better after Vince McMahon is dead, but the fact is, it's gonna get taken over by his idiotic daughter and his doofus son-in-law". This way he can be the one to remove them from power.
Off-screen-wise: They know they need every bit of a starpower they can get for WrestleMania, they just need to take a look at their long list of injuries. So I'm sure Vince would be willing to pay a huge sum to get Punk in for Mania, which would spike interest, buyrates, ticket and merchandise sales. For Punk himself, other than the big payday, it'd likely mean he would get to cross that one thing off of his bucket list, that he couldn't so far: Main Eventing WrestleMania. And on top of that there's a good chance he'd win it. The night after WrestleMania he gets to say goodbye to his fans (while leaving the door open for a possible return in the future), he and the fans and the company finally get closure and after that Monday after Mania Punk can go back to concentrate on his UFC career.
A win-win situation for everyone. Plus would get a good story, with good promos and a good match. But like I said, the chances for it to happen are very slim to none, but damnit a guy can dream, right?

I have never even remotely expected Owens / Styles and don't really mind Owens / Big Show if they go with that, so really doesn't bother me. Plus I don't have a Network subscription right now. I regularly cancel it out - in this case my one I set to get boththe Rumble and Fastlane in one billing period expired today - and renew it when it's most optimal to do so. Won't be renewing it until Takeover.

Dude isn't in any condition to wrestle a high profile gimmick match at Mania.

Totally impulse purchased a ticket for Wrestlemania tonight. A very good seat - first row on club level. I should get some great pics. Should be a fun show. I'm going by myself, but hey there should be about 100,000 other wrestling fans there to enjoy the show with. If any fellow FAN members want to meet up before or after the show, I'm game. There's a pre-party with Ric Flair I'm thinking of going to, mainly for the chance to meet Ric.

Hulk Hogan should appear in a backstage segment. I know his racist comments are still fresh in the minds of most people but think about this : This WrestleMania will most likely shatter WM3's attendance record. Hogan should be there to witness history.
To be crystal clear, Hogan should not be at the Hall Of Fame ceremony or in an in-ring segment. Just have him appear backstage.

This is really cool. I might be asking a really obvious question here, but what are the 5 and 29 for?

I suppose that could be Death Valley's flag, but it is in the United States, and he even was the American Badass at one point.

Is there any chance of a Rollins return at mania. He could cost roman the belt twice setting up a feud for when he can return fully.

The crowd had been wanting to cheer for Seth when he left anyway, returning from injury nobody is going to boo the guy, especially when he's messing with someone they already dislike. Having them feud right after Seth comes back would just hurt Reigns even more.

I guess it didn't exactly stop them from doing it last year, but Rollins is still months away from coming back, so why bother having him limp to the ring now when it will be ancient history by the time they can actually feud.
