No. It's just stalling tactics because they realise how badly Reigns is going to get booed. Their idea is keep Roman off TV for the next few weeks selling the injury. In the meantime build to Hunter/Ambrose. At the March 12th network special Hunter defeats Ambrose (getting heel heat). The next night Hunter is in the ring talking about his victory vs. Ambrose which leads to a Reigns return (which they pray gets a big pop) and lead into Mania that way.
I doubt it will work but I'm pretty convinced that's their logic.

Lesnar's going to cost Ambrose the match as retaliation for Ambrose doing the same thing at Fastlane. It's pretty obvious.

To me, HHH defending the belt before Mania makes absolutely no sense unless there's a title change. Everyone's going to think HHH retains the belt any way b/c the main event is "etched in stone." However, I think b/c everyone is turning on Roman, you're gonna get 80% of the audience booing him at Mania which will be outright embarrassing. My guess: It's a WWE Network special so they're gonna do something big: Dean wins the belt. HHH invokes his rematch clause, Roman argues that he won the Rumble, he gets his shot at Mania. Heyman argues that Brock signed up to face Dean, and now that Dean's champion, it should be for the belt. So it's made into a fatal 4 way. I'd be all for that, but I'm afraid HHH will get DQ'd somehow against Ambrose and attempt a beatdown. Only for The Big Dog to make the save to a chorus of boo's

If they hadn't already made Dean v Brock, I might have been vaguely considering a title change. But no, it's all for Roman's benefit.

Yeah, but it's also Toronto, and they have a reputation that pre-dates a lot of the crowd backlashes of recent years. It could go in any direction.

No. There wouldn't be a McMahon in every corner for one thing. Well you would have Steph for Haitch, Vince can be in Roman's corner (and kill Kayfabe), Shane would probably back Dean, which leaves Paul Heyman to discover that he is Vince's long lost brother and be the fourth McMahon in Brock's corner. And Linda can be in the corner of referee Mike Chioda.

I think they are but not at all in the way people are thinking. Ambrose won't win the title but I think the last 2 weeks have been a test of the audience. My guess is that reigns beats HHH at Wrestlemania now after beating Ambrose or having a clusterf*** finish when it happens. But I think the last match to go on at Wrestlemania will now be Ambrose and Lesnar with Ambrose somehow winning and sending the fans home happy and hopeful that he will be the star going forward

It is just so THE BIG DAWG will look even more impressive against his victory against THE CEREBAL ASSASSIN,THE KING OF KING-AS TRIPLE H-AH.

If they want Trips to get some heel heat then let Ambrose win legit and then have Trips attack him afterwards. Then, since he's the COO and he can do what he wants, have him restart the match and win legit.
Sure it won't help Reigns out in the long run but it helps Ambrose and Trips.
