Raw start time (clocks going forward in the USA)

It's that time again. The clocks go forward in the USA this weekend but they may not be going forward/back in your country yet.
Here in the UK, they don't change for another couple of weeks (it's Easter weekend they go forward here) so this means that Raw is starting at midnight for the next couple of shows.
As is the norm, I'll bump this thread up several times over the next few days so it gives more people a chance to know.
