Wrestlemania v was the first time I saw wrestling. I was immediately drawn to the Ultimate warrior, Brutus the barber and the rockers. Also hated Hulk Hogan at a time when I cheered for every over babyface! I'm still not sure why? anyway I'd be interested to hear who everyone else's original favourites were?

For me it was Dusty Rhodes. I'd already been kind of a fan for a few years when I saw Dusty and heard his Hard Time Blues promo. That's what hooked me

Not just one guy but pretty much the main names of the WWF '93 roster: Hogan (whom I already knew since dude was mainstream), Savage (ditto), Yoko, Bret, Luger, Razor, Tatanka, etc.

Hulk Hogan. He was my hero. I thought he was the greatest person on earth outside of my family.

The Hart Foundation, The Rockers, Mr. Perfect, and Randy Savage in 1988-'89. I'd been a casual watcher before, but I preferred Transformers and Thundercats cartoons. Once I started losing interest in them, I really dialled in on the guys who put on more than the formulaic punch-kick-slam matches you saw from Hogan and his hoss buddies.

The entire thing got me hooked but the booking of Mankind in late 1999 made him my first favourite!

I watched the AWA & World Class before the others. So, watching Bobby Heenan beg off, get tossed around and bleed would probably be one of the first. I liked David & Kevin Von Erich, Brian Adias, Chris Adams & Iceman King Parsons. (Kerry, not so much.)
My friend's brother found WWF one afternoon and it had Andre wrestling a 3-on-1 handicap match. Never seen a guy so large before. Soon, I watched regularly. My guys were Junkyard Dog, Tito Santana and Roddy Piper.

I've been a fan as long as I can remember, but "Flyin'" Brian Pillman in 92/93 was the first guy I can remember seeing and just thinking "Okay, yeah, I'm gonna be watching this forever".
