I'm not sure what kind of weird thing WWE had for these outfits in the early 90's. And please tell me I am not the only one who remembers this thing, as much as I wish I could banish it from my memory. I believe Warrior may have only worn it once or twice-but nonetheless, it was an airbrushed singlet similar to the infamous one worn by Giant Gonzalez. The point being that it made it look like the warrior was buckass nekkid...but without any junk. And I even believe he wore it for a tag team match with Randy Savage, with whom he was feuding at the time. Which made the hostile tags between them all the more awkward.

I remember it. I can't imagine the work he went into to have it almost perfectly match his skin tone. It might look different now in HD, but at the time, yeah, it looked like he was totally naked out there.

Here's the tag match in question, from the SummerSlam Spectacular in 1992.
Yeah, that was an odd look to say the least.

Despite Pat Pattersons very vocal objects regarding this egregious omission.

I think he only wore them (in the ring) three times right? vs Nasties, vs Savage and vs Money Inc? Did he work any other TV matches at that point?

I know that some wrestlers update their look as their career progresses, but that was something else entirely...

Why did Warrior go with the singlet look anyway? Usually it's to cover up one's body if you're losing muscle mass (which is why Savage started wearing those shirts after his late '91 comeback) but Warrior.......wasn't losing body mass, was he?
Unless he was wearing them to HIDE his obviously-steroid enhanced muscle mass, perhaps?

Warrior was noticeably smaller when he came back at WM VIII, hence the singlet.

Naked is a bit misnomer. It's exposed muscles without the skin. Also is he holding it backwards in that first picture or did he have two because the one he is holding doesn't have the W

I could have sworn it had the Winged Eagle belt across the waist to "hide" the junk.
Maybe I'm thinking of his robe.
