So today i purchased my first tickets to a live wwe event for the raw in Pittsburgh in June we ended up with floor seats 7 rows back but i have read about people not enjoying themselves or unable to see much from these seats so i was wondering if anyone had an experience with this type of seating and if they thought it was worth the price???

I sat on the floor, row 6, once. I couldn't see a single thing because I was shorter than literally everyone around me. And every time I tried to see anything, I, of all people, got told to sit down because I was in the way of the camera shot.
I absolutely hated it. Never again.
Hopefully your experience is better.

I sat in the 9th row on the floor once. Never again. People kept holding up their kids, and if I wanted to stand up and actually see the ring I just got yelled at.

I've sat row 6 and 7 at 2 house shows and been able to see everything thay happened in the ring fine, had to stand for anything outside the ring not tall but not short either. At NXT Takeover I was 15 rows back and couldn't see a thing. At one show I had a completely clear line of sight as I was on the end of the row and they staggered it for the walkway so each row had 3 more seats than the one in front
The sixth and seventh row are close enough that you can interact with the wrestlers by shouting things at them and you may well get a response (I was arguing with The Miz for ages at one show)
Only annoying thing being so close to the ring are all the kids standing up and rushing to the barrier after the matches, gets annoying when they all stand up and start running all over the place on every near fall.

Unless you have first or second row, don't bother with floor seats. I always pick a seat in the lower bowl, where you're elevated above the ring and can see the action much better. It's funny because when I was a kid, I always wanted floor seats so that I had a chance to get close enough to the barricade to slap hands with a Superstar. My dad always said, "Why do you want to sit on the floor? You can't see a thing!" What's the name of that old sitcom, Father Knows Best? He certainly did in this case! This was my view of the ring from last week's Raw taping. I was in the club level to the right of the ring, closer to the entrance set.

I think the last show I was at, we were in the 5th row, and, even though I was probably the shortest person in the arena, I could see everything

I had row 5 or 6 on the floor a few years back in Melbourne.. Worst ever. Every other year I've gone, I've gotten first or second row on the first tier and it was perfect.

I don't think a house show will be too bad. TV it sucks because of all the signs and people jumping around to get noticed on TV. You may have to stand more than you'd like though.

That's what sucked so bad for me; they wouldn't let me stand. Because I was blocking others' view, while mine was being blocked.

I've never had floor seats at ANY WWE event, but judging from the mixed stories, I'd say your enjoyment largely depends on your height, the heights of the people in front of you, behavior of those in front, and the layout of the arena.

Yeah, I took the chance at getting row 7 at a houseshow recently myself. I have on the aisle so hopefully it won't be awful. Worse case scenario, I'll sit on my leg to give myself a little height boost if I need to, haha.

I don't get why people enjoy the tiers so much. You can see but it's not like you can interact with the wrestlers or take decent pictures. I usually get floor seats in the first 5 rows. Anything after that and you will struggle to see anything. I wouldn't be seen dead sitting up in the cheap seats at the top.

Yup, I gotta agree with the "if it's not the first 5 rows then don't even bother with the floor". Did it (at 13 years old so I was still kinda short) and not worth it. Best seats I've gotten were right above the penalty box at the Bell Centre in Montreal. Perfect view.

I'd rather have nosebleeds than floor seats... At least you can see all the action

Hearing the wrestlers and referee during the match is part of the fun. Being far away you lose that and the matches have a strange silentness to them.

I've been in several different rows on the floor for house shows. Anything beyond 2nd and you more than likely won't be able to see anything, unless the crowd really sucks. I went to an afternoon house show once, sat third row IIRC, had a perfect view because nobody was standing or reacting to ANYTHING. Worst one I've ever been to.
