He's not gonna bury the company while he's still working for it, of course he'll say that it's "all his fault" when the reality is that it's probably a bit of column A and column B. To the guy's credit, he's being a professional about the matter and doing his best not to burn any bridges. As for LU, yeah, I'll go ahead and say that's shitty too. Like TNA, it's 110% legal but still shitty. It's also a bit different because LU's contracts, unless I'm missing something, aren't structured the same way as TNA's new contract which completely changes the game. TNA has no choice in this matter. By their own business plan, they are reliant on the rest of the industry to use their stars or they're gonna take some pretty big losses.

LU's contracts basically say that if LU needs or wants the talent to be at a taping, they have to show up. But there are a lot of companies that say you are promised this many dates and if you take other bookings fine, but if we don't want you on a show, we can block it. My point was, that it's something all the other companies with contracts do but because TNA has dug themselves such a hole, something that is rather common is made into a LOLTNA issue. I mean TNA does enough to make people want to hate them, let's not make more reasons

Huh? So you let Jade appear but not EC3. What is this about? TNA is continuing to bur bridges at a rate they shouldn't. Sucks that the promotors losing out on money and will not be compensated for it. My guess is their thinking This assumes TNA is capable of thought.

Poor EC3 he's getting pulled out just to film a video promoting a tour in India that maybe won't ever happen.
