So replace 75% of their own roster with WWF guys? And HHH is somehow still the focus in fantasy WCW?

Sadly, pushing the WWF talent ahead of their homegrown talent, is orobably exactly what WCW would've done. Even when they were the #1 wrestling promotion in the world, they never quite acted like it.

I'm guessing someone from the WWF roster pulls a Jeff Jarrett and gets a new company going if this happened.

I was watching that and thought "hey I wonder if they'll end this intro with a shot of Triple H implying he was the biggest star?"
And of course they did. Of course they did
I suppose it could have happened though, did Ted Turner have a daughter?

and Nitro still get's cancelled Yeah, if WWE had gone out of business, it just would have meant no mainstream wrestling anymore.

So in this parallel universe, who were the WCW wrestlers who won the war by turning up to Titan Towers in a tank?

Seeing what we have seen from the WWE since they have won the war, things probably would have been better off.
1. No Mcmahon circle jerk for the last 15 years hogging up all the air time talking about how great they are 2. Different booking formats than the same ones the Mcmahons have been doing for the last 30 years (Which has been played out) 3. No constant force-feeding someone down the fans throat for YEARS if they aren't working out

Oh please, if Vince went out of business, Steph would be on Facebook trying to sell mittens.

Well during Raw 2003 you had Eric Bischoff in charge, the commentary table moved back to the entrance set, and the Big Gold belt on HHH while he goes over Scott Steiner, Booker T, Kevin Nash, and Goldberg throughout that year. Hell, I'm a bit DISAPPOINTED that none of this video showed clips from 2002/2003! And what's up with HHH and Stephanie being featured in the video? Had WCW won I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have a McMahon on there.. and HHH would never get the massive push he got by being the owner's son-in-law.. I wouldn't have shown any clips from Raw 2000 and before. Anything after 2001 would've been fine though.

Nitro still gets cancelled due to AOL not wanting wrestling on their network.
