Like, in the last ten years or so?
The only good, entertaining and well performed storylines I can think of have been the AJ Lee "thing" which had its moments and, uh..nope, that's it. The Rusev/Dolph fiasco with Lana and Summer was a car crash that was only fun because of Rusev. The Diva Revolution was terrible and almost derailed everyone involved.
There's got to be some that I'm just forgetting..right?

How about Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte/Daddy? If we're just talking "good", that was a good program, and the seamless inclusion of Sasha for the Mania build has been good too.
Now, all time great angles with Divas, that's a harder question.

To go back a bit, the Trish / Mickie storyline was pretty damn solid. Some dumb stuff along the way but all in all a good angle with a proper amount of build-up and the rightful payoff. Only real objection'd probably be Mickie took a little too long to turn heel after her first attempt to get the belt failed, to where it was a real, "Just get on with it!" kind of thing.

Yeah, Becky/Charlotte was a great program that gradually built and built. It's gotten a bit messy with the inclusion of Sasha but it's still one of the stronger programs in the company, I think.

there was that time when a diva got jealous of another one. that one was seldom used if I recall.

AJ/Kaitlyn was actually awesome. You're not going to get better diva segments than their contract signing or AJ's Catfish promo. And it had been simmering for a good year in the background - they never do that with the women. Controversial opinion, possibly. NXT divas don't have 'storylines' in the broad sense. They take a few character points and they book an awesome match with those beats in mind and most of the story is told in the ring. That's what is happening with Bayley/Asuka right now for example. And the crazy thing is, they're slightly better about it these days. There was next to no story for Paige/Emma or Charlotte/Nattie other than wrestling a good match for the title.

AJ/Kaitlyn was a really good feud. One of the only Divas programs on the main roster these past few years I've enjoyed. Besides that yeah I agree with the others, you need to check out NXT.

Mickie and Trish. Mickie deserved her Wrestlemania moment after the work she put in and got over really quickly.

NXT, obviously. Kaitlyn/AJ was really good although it felt backwards because it started out hot and then just kinda meandered to a whimper of a finish - sort of paralleled the Dolph/ADR feud in that sense. Charlotte/Becky and then the transition into Charlotte/Becky/Sasha has been quite good though. SmackDown has really highlighted how far Charlotte needs to come though. They get quite significant promo time most weeks and Sasha/Becky knock it out of the park (the segment where Charlotte invites them out to apologise for ever calling them Horsewomen is a great example of this) and Charlotte almost tanks the entire segment. The writing of the feud has been pretty good though.

Yeah, the last truly great one, I think, was Mickie/Trish. I feel like AJ vs. the Total Divas had a lot of potential until they ruined the whole thing the following week.

Another "sort of" answer but I think you could have cleaned up the Piggie James angle and made it work better, what it was wasn't too bad. It got heat, had a happy ending (although I think McCool got injured and they couldn't have a better match out of it), Marie cut a really good promo against LayCool near the end of it. The biggest problem was that Mickie looked dumb for being so inconsolable at the slightest hint of a fat joke, when the claim in the first place was pretty absurd. It was still alright though, clear bad guys and good guys, no "women, right?" aspect to it, had a beginning, middle and end.

After the Royal Rumble, Laycool completely ignored their loss, beat Mickie in 2-3 matches, got back the Women's title, kayfabe put Mickie out for a month, beat her two more times, and then were credited with running Mickie out of the company when she was fired.

Alundra vs Nakano wasn't bad either, just little more than "me want title" booking, but solid unspectacular stuff
Also, lots of NXT programs need to be mentioned

Welp. That shows me. I still think in a bubble the beginning of the feud up to Mickie James beating her was an "acceptable" women's feud, only if it at least had a single good match in it we'd really be in business.

Eve vs Kaitlyn was actually a good storyline, with a good payoff. It's just that WWE proceeded to have Kaitlyn disappear off of television for a few weeks after she beat Eve.

I liked most everything LayCool did.
I liked it when Eve broke Zach Ryder's jobberiffic heart and kicked him in the balls.
I like everything on Total Divas.
