The Rock returning in February 2011. I was genuinely crying tears of happiness throughout that whole segment, and because of that I could never hate Rock during that time period where he was gassed in every match.
Aside from that, my first live event was something I'll never forget. Once again cried tears of happiness when I saw the wrestling ring for the first time with my own eyes. This is something I had been watching on TV for six years at that point, and when you're a kid six years is a very long time. I was so happy to finally get to see a wrestling show live. I still remember a lot of that show, from Carlito being the first guy to literally stick his head out through the curtain, to Ric Flair making his way out to the ring in a kilt, to the finisher fest that ended the six-man tag main event (Cena and DX vs. Edge, Orton and Umaga for those interested).
CM Punk winning MITB at WrestleMania XXIV made me mark out like a mother****er. He was my favourite wrestler from the moment he debuted, and while I was aware of his indy cred it didn't really have any bearing on my liking of the guy. Also I was 12 years old and searching out independent wrestling wasn't really in my interest at that time. But Punk man, I don't know why but I latched onto that guy much like Austin and Rock when I was younger, and then Cena and Batista later on. I was so frustrated in the months before WM because even though he had won the ECW title, it was obvious that it was only because John Morrison had got suspended and needed to lose the title (I actually turned off SummerSlam 2007 in anger and read the results the next day because I was so annoyed Punk had lost to Morrison for a THIRD time). Being turned into Big Daddy V's bitch and losing the ECW title to Chavo Guerrero of all people didn't exactly fill me with confidence either. So to see him win MITB, albeit as a replacement for Jeff Hardy who was another favourite of mine, felt like validation on my part for being such a huge fan of the guy. Whenever I told my friends CM Punk was my favourite wrestler they'd look at me like I'd contacted leprosy. Seeing him gain so much success later on in his career made me so happy for him, and although I would've liked to have seen his WWE career end on a much happier note I'll never hold a grudge against Punk regardless of his spiky personality.

- Steamboat beating Macho at Wrestlemania.
- As a NWA fan, Tully and Arn winning the WWF tag titles.
- Flair wins the Rumble and become WWF champ.
- Sid defeats HBK for the title at Survivor Series 1996.
- It must have been 2003 on RAW when Shawn delivers a promo in Montreal and crap on people and you hear Bret's music. It was a swerve but the moment when I heard the music, I had shills.
- Jericho defeats Hunter on RAW early in Y2J's career. It was reversed but that win wow what a great moment that was.
- When Bret turned heel on RAW. Best promo I've ever heard. It was great and surreal.
- Recently when Brock destroyed Cena and beat him at Summerslam. It was like a huge dump of hate I took after ten years of holding it in.

Either ECW joining the Invasion (only for it to be ruined later in the show) or Manking winning the title. Those are the only two I remember that got audible cheers from me.

In terms of kayfabe and story, Austin's return at Backlash 2000, kicking ass, beating up the McMahon-Hemsley regime, and giving Rock the victory. Perfect execution of a great babyface moment. In a real life sense, watching Miz cash in and win the WWF title. As someone who was a fan since shortly after his debut, whom saw the mockery he got for his Diva search goofs, recalled the talk of how he would be the Jannetty of his team with Morrison, remembered the predictions that he would be the first to lose his cash in, who even suspected at one time the highest Miz would ever get to was as a Honky Tonk Man esque mid-card champion, watching him get the top and prove everybody wrong was amazing. However his reign ended, his match at Mania, or his career afterwards, I still value the emotions of that night. The moment when that obnoxious dork from the Real World, the guy who came in second in Tough Enough, the joke who wouldn't last in the business, won the richest prize in the game. As much love and respect Bryan gets and deserves, The Miz basically bust his ass to rise the top of his profession, to the Grand Slam. Who'd thunk that the Real World goof would have a career that 90% of wrestlers would kill for in Wrestling's biggest promotion?

Going to Survivor Series 2011 with my brother. It was our first time going to a PPV, and just the whole day was fun

It doesn't stick out until I think about how I felt in the moment, but Benoit tapping Triple H out at Mania 20 was the most joy I've felt watching wrestling. I was on my feet yelling "he's done, he's f***ing done" with my cousin and his buddy, pumping my fists like I was at a Bruce Springsteen concert.
What made it great was that I was in a perfect spot of still being the type of fan I was as a kid, but I had attained certain level of smark to realize how cool it was a WCW vanilla midget was beating Vince's politicking bastard son-in-law for the title at Mania. Makes sense I guess, I'd just turned 18 when it happened.

Honestly? Lesnar/Cena Extreme Rules 2012.
I got so wrapped up in the story and the match itself. I literally jumped up and yelled 'Yes!' when it happened.

Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania 30. Nothing has come close to that.
Before that it was Raven returning and saving Dreamer from the Dudley's in ECW. Really cool moment.

Two that immediately come to mind are the end of WM 30 and Punk winning at MITB 2011.

I wish I loved WrestleMania 30 like most do. By all means I should, I'm a big fan of Bryan and he had an incredible night. But it left me so cold.
I think it was because they booked him unbelievably strong on that night, as in I lost my suspension of disbelief. It's like that oft cited example: Cena getting DDT'd on the floor against Nexus at Summerslam, then kicking out and beating 2 guys. Bryan got booked even stronger than that, it was overkill. Necessary overkill, but only because they made it so with that horrendous follow up to Summerslam. Bryan's whole appeal was that he wasn't superman.

Kevin Owens making his NXT debut. It was a moment I'd waited several years for, and it did not disappoint. I was so happy I cried.

The ending of WMXXX, The debut of the Nexus, CM Punk vs. John Cena MITB 2011, Eddie winning the WWE Title, Ric Flair returning to WWF/E in November 2001, Vince's celebration after the WWF defeated WCW at Survivor Series '01, that first Shield/Wyatts stand off, and this is a strange one but it always made me a mixture of happy and marking out for some reason, but the entire opening to WrestleMania XX ending with Vince standing there, and Shane walking on screen with his newborn son.

Watching Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker at WM 25 in person at my first ever Wrestlemania.
I can never put into words how amazing it was to be in the crowd for that match.
You hear a crowd being described as 'electric' and think it's a cool phrase to say, but no, that night during that match the crowd was just buzzing with electricity. Everyone hoped it'd be a great match, but everyone was just blown away. By time the final pin came the place just exploded with respect. And I got to witness a true Wrestlemania moment, which is all I wanted going into it. It was the single greatest span of minutes I've ever had as a wrestling fan.
Had I been there for WM XXX live, it would have been the same way having followed Bryan since 2005. (I know the thread wasn't about live moments, but being there live just makes something that much better)
