a.k.a, your "biggest markout moment" I guess. Paint me a picture of what that moment was. You didn't have to be live there for it, but mine sure was:
Sitting near the absolute top of the Staples Center at Summerslam 2013, watching Daniel Bryan and John Cena have a classic WWE title match. Bryan kicks Cena's head in, goes to the corner, does the yes chant, and debuts the Running Knee finisher (and what a sell by Cena.) As Triple H counted three, I looked over at my best friend shocked, thinking, "Did Bryan just win the WWE title from John Cena right there?" I couldn't help but hug my friend, sharing in the joy of having just watched our guy—the guy we watched thumb wrestle Kenny Omega and then have a wrestling clinic a few shows later with Hero at PWG a few years before—get MADE in front of our eyes. Sure there was the cash-in aftermath, but that feeling/moment, I will carry with me forever.
Batista tapping to the Yes Lock at WM30 is definitely a close second, (letting out a cathartic yell at the TV), but Bryan winning at SS2013 probably crystallizes my wrestling fandom.
What's your story?

Now tainted, but at one time it was Benoit winning the title at Wrestlemania 20.
I'd probably go with the end of WM30 at this point.
Other runners up: the Nexus debut, the beginning of the ECW invasion, Jericho wins the title from HHH (before it was reversed)

It's hard to say.
I'd only ever been to a house show once in 2003, and it was when I wasn't watching - two years ago, I went to see Raw in London getting taped. Now watching it back on the Network it wasn't much of a show, really, and the Superstars episode before it was even worse. But when Big Show's music hit for the first match of the Superstars taping? The place exploded, and I exploded. He wasn't a Local Man to me that night. He was the guy I'd grown up watching on my TV screen and I was finally in the same room as him.
It didn't matter if the show sucked, because I was finally THERE after fifteen years of fandom.
If we're counting moments I wasn't present for, I have two; the first one was Mike Awesome winning the hardcore title from Rhyno. One of my favourite ECW guys, who WCW had wasted, helping to kick off (what should have been) the biggest angle of all f***ing time in wrestling, by winning a belt from a fellow ECW alumnus. I literally jumped out of my chair.
A more recent example is the lights going up at NXT Brooklyn to show the crowd after Triple H's speech to camera. I could have cried. Such a special moment, and one that the fans made happen.

Was it just me that didn't find Savage and Liz reuniting that heartwarming considering the abuse he put her through beforehand? Could be because it reminded me of my Mum and Dad but I didn't buy it. It was a cool moment I guess, but I was still worried for Liz.

I've had a few:
My very first show in 2010. Matt Hardy was the first Superstar to come out, he was the very first WWE superstar I saw live. A guy that I had been watching on TV for years. At that moment it hit me that I had finally achieved one of my lifelong dreams of seeing WWE live.
Raw in April 2013- Getting to see The Undertaker live. I never thought I would ever see him live as he was only wrestling one match a year. I've never felt as excited as I did the moment that gong hit and the arena exploded. It was even better getting to see him team with Kane and Daniel Bryan to face The Shield.
Takeover London- The whole show brought me so much joy. It was the greatest wrestling show I've attended. Being a part of that crowd is an experience I will never forget.

Eddie winning the WWE Title. The whole story of him overcoming his demons and getting to the title was masterfully done.
Bryan winning the WWE WHC at WM30 is a close second.

Being there live really gives me a biased nature on this, but Wrestlemania 30 without question. I made a trip almost 10 years ago to St. Paul to see ROH put on a show. The main event featured a 60 minute draw between Bryan and Nigel McGuinness. Just 8 years later I'm in the Superdome watching Bryan win it all. That was as full-circle as ever.

Too many.
Bryan at WMXXX, Benoit at WMXX, Hart at X. So amazing how three no-nonsense, no-gimmick-needed WRESTLERS had three huge nights ten years apart. I loved every moment of it. At least until I found out who Chris Benoit really was...
Seeing Jeff Hardy win his first ever WWE Championship in person at Armageddon 08. Man, I thought we were seeing the next flagship star. He beat Edge and freaking HHH! Boy, were we ever wrong. Still a great moment.
Likewise to Mark Henry winning his first WHC at Night of Champions 2011 in the same arena. He deserved it at that point and I truly felt happy for the guy.
Finally seeing Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe and AJ Styles walk through the curtain.
The moment a promo announced the second ever Old School Raw would be in Buffalo just one week before the event! It didn't turn out to be as amazing as I expected but it was still a great experience. And we saw Taker appear for the first time since HIAC at WM28, so there's that.
And, it may have been at the expense of sadness, but seeing Daniel Bryan, the guy who was fired because of a sponsor, made fun of every week on commentary, snubbed in favor of part-timers FINALLY get the respect and time he deserved as he said goodbye on Raw a few months ago.

Emotionally the end of WM30, straight up marking out? Maybe AJ debuting at the rumble, but there's probably some recency bias there but I can't think of anything else atm.

As a kid it was Savage beating Flair at Wrestlemania 8.
As an older teen who should know better than to celebrate this stuff as if it was real, the amazing climax to Backlash 2000 when Rock won the title with Austin's help.
As a more mature(?) fan, at the end of the first HBK/Taker Wrestlemania match because it made me remember exactly why I love wrestling. I actually stood up and applauded in my living room!

ECW joining the Invasion is still the biggest one for me.
Up there with the Nexus and Shield debuts, WM20 main, WM30 main.
The Raw before Summerslam 2010 when the teams were facing off and the crowd was making the hardcams shake - how often do you see that?
The first One Night Stand. All of it.
