FSM tweeted this out this morning: He was 32. He's known very well locally and in the UK for being a great talent who never really got his break, more than that he was known for being great at interacting with his fans and just being a generally awesome guy. I was lucky enough to meet him a few times and he was always incredibly polite, funny and just a joy to be around. He, rather unfortunately, got much publicity when he was diagnosed with stomach cancer in 2014. He made his triumphant return in August 2015 to standing ovations everywhere he wrestled. His comeback was tragically cut short a month later when illness returned and he announced his retirement. While I knew he was ill I didn't realise quite how serious a condition he obviously must have been in so to say this was a shock for me to hear this morning is an understatement. Rest in peace buddy.
