People criticize his lack of character, but I find the nice guy stuff more endearing than anything from Finn Balor and even more believable than any of Sami's promos. Like when he debuted at Brooklyn and goes "That's a lot of people" then sees his titantron and goes "Hey, that's me!"

He's not ready and they know it.
He still hasn't grown a real character, that fake fan favourite persona he has isn't working.
