About the booing of Roman. There were 100,000 people there, right? Well, safe to say that well over 50 percent were straight up marks. So, when people are saying an entire arena was out to derail a show...? That's not accurate.
For instance, I rolled my eyes (stayed silent though) at the Foley, Michaels, Austin bit. Of course it got a big pop. I knew where I was. WMania is the place to be for the ultimate WWE Kool-Aid drinkers. So it is to be expected. Good for them and I'm glad they enjoyed it. My eye rolls were the minority and I'm the one in the wrong in that situatIon, so I just watched respectfully.
But on the flipside, Reigns getting booed like that? Not a derailing. You had the below 50 percent who were boo'ing and the above 50 percent too. Yes, there were some for him. Definitely true. But what you heard was not Internet smarks. The marks who popped for The Rock and the baldies weren't getting Reigns' back.

Yeah, I'm reading all this 'oh they hated Roman' stuff yet I thought it was a lot more mixed than people want to believe. I think it's mostly confirmation bias. Live videos of the title win on social media sounds actually more pro-Roman than anything else. But I definitely thought his pop didn't sound as impressive as many others. It was definitely mixed. And I'm guessing the WWE is good with it because they're motivated enough to react. Absolute silence would've been so much worse.

Not gonna lie from being in attendance when roman hit the spear and got the win, there were way more cheers than i expected.. the kids love him and i was sitting right in front of the make a wish section and seeing how happy they were made me feel good for them. Not to sound like a total sissy because i cant stand roman but that did put in perspective fast for me.

To me it sounded like a Ryback crowd, we'll call you Goldberg but just give us a reason and we'll flip it around, we really don't know what we're doing out here.

You people who were actually at the show need to get with the program and embrace the narrative: Roman was booed out of the building, WWE censored it and brought in piped cheers from Daniel Bryan's title win.
NO ONE CHEERED FOR ROMAN. Get your stories straight.

So, anyone else have major problems getting in as well? Would have been nice to see the pre show matches, or even the opening pyro.

I'm pretty sure they cheered Roman winning because that stinker of a match was finally over and the near 8 hour show concluded. Let's be real here.

We got in with no problems, though I can see how they arose. Lots of people weren't told until they got to the front doors that they were in the wrong place.
As far as the show, I had a blast. Loved it. I won't be reading many opinions from the board on this Mania because I know how I felt and what I enjoyed and that's good enough for me.

Not a top star reaction, but it's better than resounding boos he has received

The real narrative that needs to be told is how utterly incompetent AT&T organizers and staff were.
Something pretty neat that goes along with the purpose of the thread is the Standing Room Only sections. People lined up behind each other like they're waiting for the next urinal to open up in a narrow bathroom, except at the end of the line was the opportunity to peek over the edge at the show. Kudos to fans willing to occupy those spaces.

Kudos to fans willing to occupy those spaces. I felt bad for this one group of like seven little kids and their chaperone trying to push through to where the floor entrance was. This was compounded by the fact that you had to take large tunnels to get it the floor, so once you got into the building (Kalisto and the Dvias Tag were long done when I made it to the metal detectors) you had to wade through a sea fans at the confession stand, and then you go through this corridor that's about half a mile long to get onto the floor (you cannot go through the upper levels to the floor. All of this resembling a Tokyo subway station. You guys think Roman could start a riot by winning a fake title, there was times I thought a riot could happen inside the building because of the lack of communication showed by ATT Stadium.

Those of you who had a bad experience with seating or getting in at all, did that ruin it for you? Or was the trip and money still worth it?

I had to wait in line for the wristbands for about 45 minutes which was a pain, but besides that it wasnt too bad and i got to see all the show.. it was just a see of humanity with the amount of people there.. I remember wrestlemaina 31 felt crowded last year and this was another 30,000 on top of that. The setup and the scene seeing all the people looked incredible

Well, I had lots of fun once I got in for most of the night. Besides, I still got to do Takeover, two VIP Axxess sessions, and Raw tomorrow, so it's not ruined by any stretch. It's just, Ryback is my fellow Vegas native, so I wanted to see him have his moment. I wanted too boo Eva Marie and maybe get the waterworks for Bree's final match. I wanted to see more of the Dudleys vs Usos aside from the concession stand menu airing the match as I pushed my way through people I weren't even sure if they were at standing only, buying food, or also trying to move inside the arena. They didn't ruin the trip, but it could have been made better, and it's making me feel differently about a family vacation to Orlando next year with one week dedicated to Mania.

The entrance shit still bothers me (and I never want to be another near riot) but overall, I saw Takeover, ROH, the HOF and I'll have RAW tomorrow. Plus it wasn't WWE's fault ATT Stadium is run by morons, WM booking wasn't the best but I had fun.
When it comes to Reigns and his reactions, I noticed as people left in the main (and there were a lot in the upper deck) I noticed it go from insane hatred to more of a positive normal crowd if that makes sense.

I'm interested to see how the entrance crisis affected the shows that aired on the Network/USA pre-shows? How empty was the building? We're there some bullshit chants that were audible?

Didn't hear chants. US title was pretty damn empty. Was kinda weird and eerie to be honest. Ryback played it well though, he was really vocal to take advantage of the lack of noise.

I was there - I had a blast. Roman wasn't booed out as some of you would like to claim. 60% may have been against him, but the pop when he won was sizeable.
Some of you need to drop the salt..

Couldn't hear either way at home. Audio levels were screwy for that match and everything was oddly muted from the fans. When you could see the fans going nuts with boos and thumbs down you couldn't hear much at all after a second. In the big spots like the barricade and Steph when you'd expect massive pops, they were oddly subdued. It was an odd experience at home.
