Jeez. Was nice to see em and I marked out for Austin but they can barely move, like at all.
I think it's for the best that Austin never made a comeback.
HBK looks like he can still go though.

Eh, I think Austin is just a regular guy now in terms of fitness. He's clearly put on a few pounds, and while I think the first stunner was awkward, he seemed to "warm up" and looked generally more comfortable by the the 2nd. I wasn't overly concerned with him. He was wearing a baggy t-shirt for a reason.
Foley is a trainwreck though, he doesn't even walk. He shuffles.

It was depressing to see HBK and Stone Cold pose on the middle rope while Mick just stood there awkwardly.

Austin looked okay. He obviously packed on weight since retirement but it just look like someone who haven't been in the ring in a while and was getting his groove back. HBK looked f*** great. Mick is a sad tale in itself with the way he shuffles back and forth.
Now that I think about it that makes the Dean/Lesnar match more disappointing. If Foley was there I would of liked to see the hardcore legends come down and cheer on Dean as was trying to slay the beast.
Sorry for the derail, back to the topic at hand. In regards to Austin i'm sure he's going say some funny shit on his podcast like how he got blown up doing the stomps. Tho that Rusev stunner sell was Orton/Rock levels of crazy.

He's definitely got a beer gut now, you could tell once it was soaked in beer, which is very ironic. As far as Foley goes, should we be surprised at all? At least he is trimming down his weight, which should help, but he is going to be in a lot of pain for the rest of his life.

Austin can still move pretty well, he was just in shape sometime last year when he did Redneck Island but last night he was out of shape again. You know people, they go through the phases of getting in and out of shape, Austin was in the Austin.
Foley I agree with however.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that its for the best that Austin never came back because of what he looks like right now, because if he was making a comeback he'd take several months to train for it rather than just show up off the street to kick a few people like he did at Mania. Wholly different scenarios. Unfair to say that imo.

Austin's wasn't in shape to do anything, I'd bet he could be if he wanted to. Foley has lost weight, but he will never be in any type of working shape for the rest of his life. Shawn looked awesome, dude's a freak.
Keep in mind, Shawn and Mick are 50, Austin's 51. They all made and saved their money. They don't need to be in the best shape of their lives anymore.

I say this EVERY time someone wants Austin in a match at Wrestlemania. I love Stone Cold but he can't not go in the ring anymore and he knows that. No point taking the risk.

Austin's Dusty tribute/flip-off (I insist that's what he was going for when he was flipping Rusev off) was perfect, though. At least he can still do that with the greatest of ease. Foley is a trainwreck though, he doesn't even walk. He shuffles. An available fate for a lot of people who've wrestled since, I'm afraid.

I'm impressed with HBK. He genuinely looked like he could have a match right there. I wonder what it took to get him to come out looking like that? I always pegged him as being completely done with the wrestling business.

HBK looked great. I'd be willing to bet he could return for short runs like Y2J and still wrestle with the best of them.
Would love it if he did tbh. HBK vs Owens, HBK vs AJ, HBK vs Zayn would all be fantastic.

I actually thought HBK might have a 5 minute match.

Foley doesn't move around well. Austin walks around just fine.

Shawn has been training for something that's for sure, he looks as good as he did when he retired.

Foley doesn't move around well. Austin walks around just fine. Foley is in bad shape where he was told he knee was so bad he couldn't wrestle anymore. There is that so even doing a spot. HBK look like he was ready to have a match then and there and look like he could go just like his last match and be the show stealer.

Foley is half crippled and has been for years. Austin is just a chubby 50 year old with typical chubby 50 year old mobility. Not really the same.
