They hinted at it with a staredown and the crowd went crazy for it. Do you think this is a money match? Summerslam main event worthy IMO.

For Roman's sake we won't because if he's not an official heel now then that match will definitely push him over the edge. Sami is that type of "Bryan babyface" and by that he's universally liked. If you want someone to become a heel, a real official heel that the whole crowd boos you do that.

Well they already have Reigns facing AJ which is close enough, so it looks like they're going to do the "Unofficial heel vs face where everyone boos the real face" thing like they did with Cena in every match where he wrestled a face.

Sami needs to be built up some more first. He could fill in Bryan's spot but it took Bryan awhile to reach that point going from face to heel back to face plus having a lot of support from the boys in the back. Sami isn't there just yet, he could be just please don't book him like a goober.

In-ring wise, it'd be cool, but character wise, Sami has got a while to go. At least in terms of the 'E.

They need to establish Sami a bit first.
He hasn't been on the main roster long. And apart from mania and this week's Raw in front of die hards he's been getting little reaction.
He will be getting a reaction everywhere soon probably, it just takes time.
