Everybody ripping off Chris Jericho. Who ripped off Nova. Who ripped off Maleficent. Also....Prince Iaukea ripping off Rocky Maivia's surprise title win against a blueblood character. Then ripping off, well, Prince. One Warrior Nation. The Sincere Patriot, Tom Brandi, despite "buying" the gimmick, but there was also a Mr. USA or something that was a worse Patriot ripoff. Indy Doinks. Mor-Ta-Ta, the Mortis/Chris Kanyon "tribute" Fake Golga (again, touted as the original despite John Tenta passing away years before). I'd say the Fakesiders in the WWF in 1996, but they put so much effort into trying to get us to believe it before the big letdown.... Son of Kamala, JYD, Bobo Brazil Jr.... Didn't TNA have a fake Blue Meanie for one of its ECW reunion shows? One of the companies that worked the Sportatorium after the GWF had yet another fake Ultimate Warrior, the "Ultimate Warrrior" (look carefully, and yes this was their spelling...)

Didn't TNA have a fake Blue Meanie for one of its ECW reunion shows? I forgot about that but yes. Yes they did. They also had a fake Lupus. (that's right it wasn't Lupus!) Fake Lupus was played by none other than Which of course makes me wonder... why the hell did they decide that they needed Lupus on the show so badly they had a fake one... did anyone even remember the real Lupus?

Brimstone is the worst... I mean BEST. Sure, he might have ripped off Undertaker, Kane, HBK and Stone Cold, but those losers didn't have custom boots. Custom Boots CUSTOM BOOTS He might've ripped off their gimmicks, but he perfected them...with the added bonus of CUSTOM BOOTS!

There's also a fake Mortis on the indies. He claims to be doing it as a tribute to kanyon, but its still kind of scummy.

Scott Hall in WCW ripping off the Razor Ramon gimmick. I don't know if you're joking or not but, Scott Hall was the Razor gimmick in WCW in the early 90's as the Diamond Studd. The toothpick, the accent, etc.

I wish I could find that really shitty Indy poster covered in people straight-up pretending to be people from the Attitude Era. They're the worst. This one? While they probably are terrible, I have to give them some points for probably doing a few mannerisms based on the gimmick (and being open about being ripoffs tributes). But minus points for ripoff Taker's name being a Harley Davidson ripoff. Also, while I haven't found anything, I really hope there's a Wyatt Family ripoff gimmick on the indies.

Since Buzzkill was mentioned twice I had to look up who he was ripping off as I had no idea what so ever that it was Road Dogg.
Alot of late 1999 WCW were just full of rip offs:
Asya - Chyna Maestro - Gorgeous George Oklahoma - Jim Ross The Artist - Prince The Demon - Kiss

There was a guy named Dave Mysterio that was working some shows in the northeast back in 2002 for NWS. He was a rip off of Rey Mysterio when he was part of the Filthy Animals in WCW. A couple years later he changed his name to Dave Webb but he was still doing the same gimmick. I saw him on a show about ten years ago and he was wearing the mask and gear like Rey Mysterio had started wearing again in the WWE at the time. He just had some web designs added to it. I guess he had to change up to keep up with Rey. Somebody walked past his gimmick table and said "Hey Rey Rey!" The guy standing at the table said "He called you Rey Rey!" to which Webb replied excitedly "I know!" Here's a link to some Dave Webb pics of his knockoff Filthy Animals era Rey Mysterio: nickm0152.tripod.com/davewebbsupersite/index.html

Hell, he debuted during a KISS concert.
