If you don't know, or remember THE BAND it was TNA's NWO reunion with Outsiders & X-pac who showed up during the "Monday Night War" at the beginning of hte Hogan Era of TNA. As in, THE BAND is back together.
Today we have the Bullet (Balor?) Club

Hogan Vs Flair's take on The Band, "The Cover Band", makes it even harder to take that era of TNA seriously, and also manages to be cooler.
The Club kinda sucks. I get that they want to rely on Bullet Club infamy, but it needs a proper name.

The Club. So lazy. The Band is just as bad but since it's TNA...need I say any more? Lol. WWE is supposed to be the big time and that's the best they can do...

The Band is weak but at least you could call a group of people "the band". "Getting the band back together" is actually a turn of phrase. "The Club" isn't. Both represent companies thinking "We want to do this thing another company did but don't have the rights to it" but you'd kind of expect better of TNA than to pll a move that TNA would.

The Band is pretty much the worst. They didn't even play instruments.

You might as well just call them The Group Of Wrestlers.

I'm going with The Club. Just because my paternal grandmother and the other surviving members of her high school friends have been getting together on Wednesdays for sixty something years for something they call "club". So I can't hear "The Club" without thinking about a bunch of elderly housewives and widows getting together under the pretext of being in a "club". Hardly something I would associate with a group of bad asses who ran roughshod over New Japan and look to do the same in WWE.

They kind of backed themselves into a corner with wanting to reunite The Bullet Club. Had they come up with a completely new, WWE-ized name, chances are that would've sucked too. Really, the only way they could've went about this with no complaints would've been to license the name from NJPW, and I'm guessing they charge a pretty penny for that, so it was a no win situation.

IMO The Band is worse because WWE is usually better than just nerfing another company's gimmick.
Also honourable mentions to ROH's old The Group stable.

At least The Club has reason behind it. Anyone with a passing familiarity with the modern wrestling world outside of WWE instantly knows who it refers to. With The Band, the name alone doesn't really tell you anything about it. If someone had walked up to me and said "There's a stable in TNA called The Band," I would have assumed Jeff Jarrett had formed a Country music band.
