After four weeks of seeing what was going on in the NFL, I have a better understanding of what the rankings are. I still say its better than the WWE's Power 25.
1. Indianapolis Colts - Still havent lost a game and through thick and thin seems to be a legit Super Bowl Contender.
2. Chicago Bears - The Best defense in the NFL who have no problem strangling offenses.
3. Baltimore Ravens - I guess McNair was the answer to their problems as the Ravens go 4-0 for the first time in franchise history.
4. New England Patriots - Just when you think you can count them out, they go over to Cincinatti and destroy the Bengals. You never want to be the unlucky team who plays them the week after they lose.
5. Philadelphia Eagles - The Eagles look really prepared to Terrell Owens a very painful homecoming.
6. Atlanta Falcons - Michael Vick and the Falcons are still running wild in the NFC, even after losing to New Orleans two weeks ago.
7. St. Louis Rams - You might say they are very high and they beat up weak teams, but they arent 3-1 for no reason.
8. Seattle Seahawks - Boy did Seattle look weak against the Chicago Bears. They will need to get that loss out of their system before fighting again.
9. Cincinatti Bengals - After dismantling Pittsburgh, the Bengals were the unlucky team to get the Patriots after they lost two weeks ago.
10. New Orleans Saints - Riding off a huge victory in their home stadium, they were left unprepared for the Carolina Panthers.
11. Dallas Cowboys - T.O. might have proven himself okay, but he will need more than that to beat the Eagles and the unforgiving Philadelphia fans.
12. Denver Broncos - Bye weeks do hurt some time in the NFL and while other teams proved to be better, Denver just sat at home and relaxed.
13. San Diego Chargers - A victim of the bye week, San Diego was beaten in an upset by the Baltimore Ravens.
14. Carolina Panthers - The last unbeaten team in the NFC South was beaten when Carolina beat up on an emotionally tired Saints team.
15. Washington Redskins - After a slow start, the Redskins look to be back in the playoff hunt.
16. Buffalo Bills - The Bills might end up in the wild card if they can get huge victories like they did this week against Minnesota.
17. New York Jets - The Jets may have lost, but they didnt go out quietly.
18. Jacksonville Jaguars - Jacksonville looked to be coming back against the Redskins, but an overtime TD by Washington WR Santana Moss ended that.
19. Minnesota Vikings - After upsetting the Redskins and Panthers, Minnesota has been on a slump.
20. Kansas City Chiefs - Just because Trent Green is hurt doesnt mean Kansas City is less effective, just ask San Francisco.
21. New York Giants - There were two teams who needed the bye this week and one of those teams was the New York Giants
22. Pittsburgh Steelers - The Steelers would be the other team who needed the bye week.
23. Houston Texans - The Texans pulled a huge upset on the Dolphins.
24. Cleveland Browns - After losing early, Cleveland was lucky that Oakland laid an egg for them to be victorious.
25. Arizona Cardinals - It is about time Matt Leinart start because Kurt Warner was turning the ball over too many times to stay starter.
26. Green Bay Packers - Green Bay got a beatdown on Monday Night. Nuff Siad.
27. San Francisco 49ers - All those hopes and dreams for a better season were squashed by Kansas City.
28. Miami Dolphins - No team has proven to be overrated more than the Miami Dolphins. Once thought to be Super Bowl contenders by many, they now cant even beat the Houston Texans.
29. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - The Buccaneers needed this break because of their QB's bad situation.
30. Detroit Lions - Detroit may not be the worst team in the NFL, but dammit they are pretty close. Somebody please fire Matt Millon.
31. Tennessee Titans - Thuggish acts by Andre Haynesworth and a poor showing by Vince Young make Tennesee second to last in the rankings.
32. Oakland Raiders - The worst team in the NFL Period....sadly they might not win a single game with the way they have been playing.
