Was reading a story today how a SF guy's rent went from $1,800 to $8,000 I know here in College Station rent can go from $800 to $1500 a month for a 1 bedroom. It's getting crazy how high rent is now

Was paying 1800 for a 2 bedroom in L.A. Since getting laid off I now pay nothing sleeping on an air mattress in my brother's den. Makes me miss my old life least then had a good job, a wife if you'd call her that, a stepdaughter, a puppy, and some sense of dignity. Now I just apply for 30 jobs a day online, get rejected by all of them, and sit here looking at the ceiling. Good times.

$400 a month. WHen I lived on the coast it was closer to 600 a month. But I am also now in a very very rural area. So rent is cheap.

My rent has been paid for by my employer. I'm moving to a bigger place in a few weeks, though. I'll be paying about $200 a month for rent there.

Five Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Six Hundred Minutes Or... Zero? Zero works, because no one should pay for a craptastic redo of La Boheme that has it's head so far up it's ass it couldn't understand the place of the artist in the world if Picasso peed all them.

I live in a two bedroom apartment with my brother and our rent is $561. We both split it so it's $280.50 a piece.

560 a month for a one bedroom. It would be 530, but that's for a year lease. For the extra thirty a month, I'm not locked into anything.
