I am still clutching onto the hope Jabari Parker breaks out this season and begins to fulfill his potential. One big reason is he tore his ACL and that set him back, yet never recovered. Then you have Giannis outshine Jabari now. That could be a positive for the future. If the Bucks can acquire an All-Star either at the deadline or next summer, they can lift Jabari up and let him know he's vital to the Milwaukee Bucks organization to making that next big step. A peak Jabari Parker, Greek Freak, and another All-Star caliber player would be a Top-4 team in the East, even Top-3. This year will be critical for Giannis. If he can develop a consistent outside shot he's golden and hopefully Jabari can come back and not miss too much of a step because him and Giannis can alternate between the 3 and 4 position. I like Brogdon but they need a capable a PG who can spread the floor. I expect Maker to get more time at 5. With their height and athleticism as a team they have the potential to be a big headache for teams I'm a skeptic when it comes to Chris Paul and the Houston Rockets. While CP3 wanted it, I doubt he and Harden mesh well. Harden had his best season when he dominated the ball, and I can't see that duo working this year. Would it be so weird if Paul is a Milwaukee Buck next season? CP3 will be 33 years old, yes. But his veteran presence better make him think he wants a ring, and going to a weak East (especially if James leaves the conference) could open up a spot in Milwaukee for him. I would not be at all shocked if Paul plans to come out East. His biggest competition would be the Celtics, and that's guaranteeing him at least a spot in the Eastern Conference Finals at that point.

Jabari coming back from a 2nd ACL on the same knee is bad news. Middleton and Giannis will drive that offense. There's a role for Parker there, but my expectations have been tempered. Knee issues and basketball players have a bad history.

Sometimes it's easy to forget how much hype they put behind these guys coming out of high school. I remember O.J. Mayo got crazy amounts of hype and he was supposed to be the next big thing but it never turned out that way tho he did have the skill to be an all star Mayo was supposed to be the next big thing. Also, Greg Oden. In fairness to Oden his career got cut short due to injuries but he showed flashes when he was healthy. O.J was at his best when he was with the Mavs tho I think Memphis def stunted his growth having him sit on the bench all those years to start when he was ready to play

I can't see Paul going to Mil. What I ultimately see happening is Jabari is not going to be offered an extension based upon his 2 ACL surgeries so they need an athletic PG who can run but still dish out some assist here and there. Brogdon will probably end up being that guy since he's young but a veteran PG like they had last year with Jason Terry is the way to go in regards to teaching Brogdon. CP3 won't be a factor in Mil simply because I expect him to team up with Lebron or Melo wherever they are out. If Melo gets traded to Houston and all 3 mesh well he resigns with them so I can't see Mil on the list. More than likely next year they will give Rose a chance see they looked at him hard this year

Take it with a grain of salt but Cavs are getting a lot of calls for that Nets pick including the Pelicans who would give up Cousins

I think a team if Lebron, DMC, Love and IT actually has a chance to beat Golden State.

That would be the ultimate win now situation where Cavs say f*** their future knowing both can bolt and IT as well. I don't see it happening but it's fun speculation

Rumor coming out is when Wade gets his buyout he's considering MIami, Cleveland, and L.A.
There isn't really an indication on which L.A. team he's considering

As of late last week, the Knicks were 'not close' on a Carmelo Anthony trade, per league sources. The Milwaukee Bucks had emerged as a potential third team at one point, per league sources, but there was no traction towards a deal. One name that came up in those (very) preliminary talks? Bucks forward Jabari Parker, per league sources. It's unclear if the Knicks asked for Parker or if the Bucks offered him; either way, talks did not progress.

That's rough. If he has an injury riddled season where he takes a few steps back he might wind up back in Boston. With any success he's a max player and moving on

He didn't mention it but I can see Houston as a dark horse. Wade in that slasher role for CP3 and Harden to get him easy buckets can work
