Whats even more sick is that these animals claim to do this for their religion, which in actuality views attacks like this as one of the ultimate sins.

Sadly, if there's anyone this won't be over for in a long time, it's the Iraqi people.
And again, it's important to remember they're doing this shit during freaking Ramadan. Isis doesn't give one single f*** about Islam. It's the equivalent of a Christian fundamentalist blowing up an abortion clinic on Christmas.

The Caliph himself blessed them for conducting jihad during Ramadan last summer and said it was all good this year. For IS that's about as well sanctioned as it gets.

Extremism thrives where people are, to put it bluntly, poor and stupid.
Stupid in that they are easy to brainwash, poor enough that they've got nothing to lose, and whatever material (or immaterial) gain they get out of giving up their lives to carry out an attack like this is worth it.

The douches bombed the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, one of their religion's holiest sites. They don't actually give two shits about their religion.

This happens so much that it's hard to even come up with words anymore.

I don't pay attention to these stories but why is it called a suicide bombing? It seems the person was looking to kill a bunch of people. Why not call it a homicide bombing?

Because not all bombings result in the bomber being first person killed by the blast. The homicide is pretty much a given regardless of the method employed in a bombing.

They do not represent any religion

I read someplace that these kinds of extremists have a superficial at most knowledge of the religion they profess. From what I've seen and heard of them via their various propaganda videos, these are not intellectual scholars by any definition. You'd need a good working knowledge of classical Arabic to even read and study the Quran to begin with. I've seen and heard some of these idiots who have joined IS from Britain and they look and sound, to put it bluntly, like they have shit for brains. These are people who would struggle to recite the alphabet without pausing several times, let alone having the intellect to handle a 1300 year old religious text nearly 80K words long. Killing other Muslims during a holy month of fasting does not indicate to me any devotion to the Islamic faith at all. You are required to read the Quran. If you cannot read, which has been the case many many many times for a few hundred years, a cleric or an"Imam" can interpret the teachings of the holy book for you. Sounds a good bit like some other religions including my own. This leaves it open to quite a bit of tampering. The Sunni sect believes that a descendant of the prophet Mohamed will come forth and lead the faithful into a period of exaulatation. Abu Bakhir Al Badhadidi is the presumed Caliph (that dude), for the Islamic state of Syria and the levant (ISIL). The attacks in Saudi Arabia are in counter to traditional beliefs of Islam, but if sanctioned by the Caliph, than they must be the word of God right? Sounds to me like the same thing that has happened for centuries. Man thinks he knows the will of God and acts. But in reality he is hurtng his fellow man and IIRC, that pretty much defies the most basic of tenets of all religions.

ISIS is no more driven by Islam than the KKK has ever been by Christianity. To start with, ISIS as it exists in that part of the world isn't some unified army all marching to a single drummer for a clearly defined goal-its essentially a collection of different tribal militias that have only the loosest possible affiliation with each other and have adopted the identity of ISIS for their own purposes. And to be blunt, not every terrorist attack we have seen attributed to ISIS really had anything to do with them; that maniac who shot up that nightclub in Florida was pretty obviously struggling with his own identity issues and really just said he was doing it on behalf of ISIS to try to justify it to himself. Look at The Troubles of Northern Ireland as a template; to this day members of the various paramilitary groups that committed terrorist attacks claim different motivations-some say they were fighting for the rights of Catholics or Protestants, some say it was to crush the radicals, some say it was to secure a full withdrawal of British troops from North Ireland. So trying to claim its about religion is a fallacy.

Oh yeah, something else: Islam forbids suicide. There's a story they have somewhere about a man who was dying after a battle, and took his own life to end his suffering, and he went to hell instead of heaven for it. Suicide attacks are bullshit.
