Do people still worry about their "spot" like they used to?

Not to long ago it seem like you're biggest stars were constantly worried about people sneaking up on them and losing their "spot." Obviously we all know about Hogan and the control he had, and Macho had a paranoid streak as well. Do you think the boys still worry about their spots to that level like they used to?

I would say to a certain extent but no. Politics are still played obviously but they are done in a smart way. All 3 Shield guys have played it up to get where they need to be but not in a malicious way. We don't hear about guys in TNA going to hard now because of the situation they are in. ROH? NJPW?

What do you think? Obviously people want to be on the top of the card but are they as cut throat to get their as they used to be?

With no real proof to back it up I'm going to say absolutely.

Maybe not AS cut throat but they most certainly care about their spot because that is how they make their money.
