A brain injury may explain why Earl Hebner stays with TNA

Probably that same shit stain from the other lawsuits trying again. I think WWE actually asked to prevent some of them from suing but were turned down when they got the vast majority of the other suits dismissed.

Snuka would most likely be in jail for murder right now if it weren't for Vince, and this is how he repays the man? What a total piece of shit.
Also, he doesn't seem to care much for how this could affect the career of his daughter Tamina who, while currently out with injury, is still employed by the WWE.

Every time the judge starts to dismiss the case, Muhammad Hassan interrupts with his theme, dragging the hearing on over and over.

I'm pretty sure they knew what they were getting into when they started... oh I don't know.... wrestling for a living. Also, WWE has cracked down hard in recent years on things that could cause brain injury, such as unprotected shots to the head, which is something that TNA continues to do.

That just recently happened, like a week or two ago. It might not be as often, but it still occurs.

I'm pretty sure they knew what they were getting into when they started... oh I don't know.... wrestling for a living. No, not to the level we know now. The idea of CTE, dementia, and other issues stemming from brain injuries was not known until recently. Well, the NFL knew and are paying a mighty price because of it but the general public or other entities, no. That why most of these claims are falling apart, by the time anyone can prove WWE knew about the dangers of concussions, the majority of people suing were no longer associated with WWE.

I'm wondering if someone filed on Snuka's behalf, a lawyer or guardian, perhaps. Otherwise, he surely has the mental capacity to stand trial.

The Hebners aren't wrestlers. How exactly do they have standing to sue?
