I've loved Bryan on commentary on this thing since week 1, but listening to him gush over ZSJ pretty much putting on a technical wrestling clinic was just adorable. The excitement in his voice at Zack doing the simplest of things like pulling someone's fingers back on a submission, or gushing at the seamless transitions between holds, saying that if he ever got back in the ring he'd blatantly steal Zack's stuff. It was amazing to listen to.

It's amazing to me that somebody that's been in wrestling for as long as he has and been through what he's been he still has so much passion and excitement for wrestling. Its nice to see.

Pulling the fingers back was a Danielson staple in some of his moves, dude just adores the little details that make everything feel more real. Makes his retirement hurt all the worse, but glad he's got an outlet to share his passion on.

I gotta confess, ZSJ is cute in a totally hetero way.
I can see him in NXT.

That and Bryan being Kendrick's Cheerleader were the highlights of this episode, I thought.
And Sabre, Jr's music.

Bryan knows how important it is to be overrated so had to give him the rub.
ZSJ didn't do a whole lot for me, came across a scrawny posh boy who would be a fish out of water on the main roster.

I would love for Bryan to be like Nigel McGuinness in ROH and do commentary on the more important Smackdown matches from time to time.

I don't see the appeal in sabre. He just didn't move the radar for me. But I do love Brian in commentary

Eh ZSJ's technical/submission-maneuver/limbtwisting/reversal/escapism style isn't for everyone...we get it
This topic is about something else though. You could hear Bryan's passion, he marked out aplenty over ZSJ's moves

Bryan is so passionate when calling moves and obscure wrestling facts too, it's like he's released from the entertainment cage and is calling what he loves.
Bryan seemed to be really down during his injury and post retirement, but he seems happy in this role.

More than that, it's exactly what a wrestler like ZSJ needs. The crowd reacted to a couple of his counters, but thanks to Bryan, they'll know a little more what to look for next time.

I don't see the appeal in sabre. He just didn't move the radar for me. But I do love Brian in commentary I was very underwhelmed in my first exposure. Bryan seemed to be gushing over everything. I didnt get it.

I have been far more impressed with several others in the CWC thus far.

Sabre Jr is probably one of the more unique wrestlers there is in the whole world right now. Not many wrestle this methodical, ultra-technical style that he does and as such, it seems to be a very acquired taste.

Wrestling fans can't be bothered with ... wrestling.
Sometimes I wonder what the heck is going on with people who watch. Bryan did the best he could putting style over. Sabre, as I guessed before he debuted, needs a whole lot less talent and a lot more poopy jokes and unfunny accent to get over.
Eh, I'll still watch him in Evolve and stuff.

I really hope it might be a sign of things to come with the Cruiserweight division. We need some Malenko, not just Mysterio.

I cannot WAIT for ZSJ vs. Gulak. That is gonna be a technical clinic. It's gonna be divisive as hell, but I'm gonna love it.
