Highlight of this FA Cup round: slow-mo of Sutton United's back-up goalie eating a pie. Sad to see that it might have been pre-arranged with The Sun's betting site as they were offering odds today on him eating a pie live on TV. Yeah, no way he'd be caught eating a pie away at Dover Athletic. But if he can make some name for himself by doing so against Arsenal, then good for him.

Yeah, no way he'd be caught eating a pie away at Dover Athletic. But if he can make some name for himself by doing so against Arsenal, then good for him. I think he's already made a name for himself in this cup run. Obviously as a Liverpool fan, scratch that, as a football fan, I loathe The Sun but I think Sutton have been a bit OTT with certain things this cup run. Dumping their loyal sponsors for one match for a big payday, having their keeper be filmed eating a pie when The Sun were tweeting about that very thing all day and jacking the prices up to £35 (even for season ticket holders) for this one match. I'm all for lower-league clubs getting extra revenue out of a dream cup run but I think they've gone a bit too far. I don't recall Lincoln City doing anything on that scale. Yet.

And now he's made an even bigger name for himself by being investigated for possibly breaking betting rules.

What a game between Man City and Monaco. With the way both teams attack, expect more goals in the second leg in a few weeks.

I had the City/Monaco game on the tv and the Leverkusen/Atletico game on the computer, so yeah it's safe to say that I had an enjoyable evening of football watching.

Both awesome matches. AM and City should be through.
Huddersfield now just four points behind Newcastle.
Sutton are discovering that when you lay down with a dog, you get fleas.

So are we having the moment's silence for Leicester before or after tonight's game?

Real Madrid lose 2-1 to Valencia, with former West Ham joke Simone Zaza scoring a stunner.

That away goal might be crucial for Leicester.

Rumours swirling on Twitter that Claudio Ranieri has been sacked as Leicester manager.
If this is true, I hope Leicester get relegated now. They should be building a statue of Ranieri instead of sacking him.
I mean they got an away goal last night and everything! Vardy scoring just might have been what got them going. Now I hope they go down.

It's confirmed, Ranieri is gone. Shame.

I've been saying for ages that I think Dele Ali has an attitude problem and for all his ability, he's a bit of a liability. And then he does a tackle like that.

Leicester are a joke.
They could've let the man see out the Champions League campaign. He deserved that much at least.
Needless to say Twitter isn't happy with this decision. I get that avoiding relegation is a big deal for Premier League clubs especially with all the money involved, but you'd think Leicester's title winning manager would be given a better deal than this.

Kyle Walker may be the player I dislike the most in the Premier League. Dirty bastard.

The man won them the league. He can keep them just as easily. Who would you trust more in their situation, Ranieri or some assistant? They deserve whatever they get now.
