Rock's birthday special is definitely in the running. Rock's one of my all-time favourites, and I loathed that episode. Can't imagine what it was like for a non-fan of him. Not to mention how shamelessly desperate and ass-kissy it made WWE look. My vote has to be Little Peoples Raw though. 2006 DX and Hornswoggle "comedy" segments dominating an episode.

Personally I'm not a fan of a lot of the smutty dross from 1999 but they're great for what they are. The only episode that comes to mind is the 2009 Slammys. I was watching it with other people in the room and stopped halfway as I was so embarrassed about watching it.

I don't remember the whole episode, but that one Raw in June 2011 that had the face divas doing the kick-line dance. *shudder* I couldn't watch when that happen but I couldn't turn away either.

The RAW with the fake ENIS! and that dumb tag match that cost Mr. Kennedy his job.

Miller's episode was pretty bad and showed that it's nearly impossible to pull off right wing stand up comedy. If I really had to vote for one, it would have to be the horrible Piven show though. The guy started by botching the PPV's name (Summerfest??), had endless awful and unfunny segments with Jeong, and ended the show by turning heel. Throw in this show also being the hideous Evolution era of Raw and you had some real nonstop suck. I don't recall enough of the Rock's birthday show to care, though the end was just amazing in its lack of self awareness. To this day whenever I see Pitbull I think back to my initial reaction of "Who is this jobber and why should I care?" There's a quote in Jericho's third book where he talks about running into Miller backstage after witnessing him talking to McMahon and asked him how it was going and Miller responded "oh just great, I've only been doing comedy for 30 years but Vince just gave me some greeeeat tips about doing my job" and walked away looking pissed. I can only imagine that conversation haha

Since someone already mentioned Katie Vick... ...let's go with Fake Trump vs. Fake Rosie. See, in their infinite wisdom, WWE actually hyped this up as if people wanted to see two bad impersonators (one of whom was sending up a celeb who hadn't been relevant in over a decade) go at it in a ring. They convinced themselves that anybody cared about Rosie O'Donnell enough to laugh at a poor impersonation of her Yeah, you think it's bad there? Try being in the UK. If it wasn't for his WWE run I wouldn't have heard of Trump until 2 years ago. Also nice progressive WWE with Rosie being a heel because she's a lesbian. And to top it all off, this was Ace Steel, the best worker out of the Second City Saints' only appearance on the main roster.

Everyone mentions Fake!Trump vs Fake!Rosie, but nobody remembers Fake!Obama vs Fake!Hilary... That one's overshadowed by the legit milestone of three major presidential candidates in a historic race all taking time out of their schedules to appear in pre-taped clips on "Raw."

Any Raw that dared to give us a match between a bald DOA member versus a Boricua not named Savio Vega.
Those weren't exactly Verne vs. Bockwinkel.

I want to say any Tribute to the Troops, but that might make some heads explode.
Generally in my book any Christmas Eve/Christmas or New Years Eve RAWs are bland, boring, half-assed, and entirely forgettable.

I know the Katie Vick angle was horrid but I can't say the Raw where that angle started is anywhere near the worst. It had that epic, insane TLC match right before HHH ruined everything. Seriously, that was one of the best matches ever on Raw. Now if we're talking about the episode where HHH humped the corpse of Katie Vick...that one might be in the running, except I can't recall anything else on the show.

Everyone mentions Fake!Trump vs Fake!Rosie, but nobody remembers Fake!Obama vs Fake!Hilary... The latter is good just for the classic heel manager work by the Fake!Bill Clinton.

That terrible porno HHH shot with a mannequin is what people are referring to when they bring that up.

I gotta agree with the walk out RAW. Out of all the episodes I've seen, that one sticks out to me the most as the dumbest freaking thing I've ever seen.

The one that ended with KATIE VICK. *shudders* That was actually a very fun Raw and then they ended it with that.

In hindsight, the Benoit Tribute Episode. This was brutal. I remember how things went bad when the news was breaking about the investigation.
