Yeah put over that hot young talent Shaq. It's not like an actual wrestler could've benefited from wrestling Show in his last match.

I won't miss him. But it is kinda crazy that he will be in WWE almost 5 times as long as he was in WCW.

Big Show at 2012 was one of the best things I've seen. One of the most heinous people in wwe, especially his WMD to Santino on the steps.

Not really, no, don't think there's really that much a rub to give from beating Big Show at this point. And Big Show's had a long enough career and strong enough legacy he should get to go out with some spectacle, not losing in eight minutes to Baron Corbin.

I wouldn't say that there isn't much of a rub. Yeah, Big Show has been jobbed out a few times, but usually it's to someone whose already established as an top tier talent (Brock, Cena, Roman). It would be nice to see him actually elevate someone. Yeah, Big Show had a good career and a strong legacy, but WWE's fixation on the established old guard is still bothersome, even if the Local Men aren't ruining everything anymore. It's nice that Big Show is bowing out gracefully, but it feels like it's a few years too late. But he could make up for that by putting over someone like Sami or Owens or *tries to hold back urge to vomit*....Balor on the way out.

Don't worry. Show will be back. After all, John Cena has got to be able to get him up for the AA sometime.

Big Show doesn't' have any rub left to give to anyone.
We've seen people lift him so unless they are exceptionally small powerhouses it's not nearly as impressive and he's lost left and right to just about everyone on the roster.
Beating show doesn't really improve anyone's standing.

Beating show doesn't really improve anyone's standing. I think it could still help a few guys and he may yet still lose to people on the way out, not just Shaq. Plenty of time between now and Mania.

I'm gonna miss him a lot. Its hard to find a giant who's athletic and can talk like he can. One of my all time favourites.
I hope shaqs not his last match though. Would like to see him retired by another big guy like braun strowman or at least put him or someone similar over before he goes.

Anyone think they might give him a short "thank you" title reign? With two titles it's more likely but I don't think so. I could see him challenging but falling short for sure. That would be a good way to retire him. Challenge for the strap one more time putting his career on the line, have the match of his life but fall short. Maybe even screw him out of it to get a heel or a new heel stable over.

I'm going to miss the big bastard when he is gone. Big Show is going to be one of those wrestlers people will fully appreciate a decade from now. Underrated as a performer.

Isn't the Shaq match something that Big Show has been personally pushing for for years? I could be wrong but I remember reading around the time that Shaq hosted a Raw, Big Show wanted to work a match with the Big Aristotle. If that's the case, then let the man have a match he's wanted for years with someone he's obviously fond of in front of the biggest audience possible because he deserves that respect.

Other than JBL, I can't think of anyone I'd miss less.
