I'm 28. Although in another thread I just told someone I was 27. Sometimes I genuinely don't know how old I am and I have to do the calculations!
I forget basic words all the time during conversation and I can't just substitute the word, I just freeze until I remember it!
I have no idea what half my passwords are, when I get a new phone or laptop I'm going to be locked out of most of my accounts !
I forget the names of my friends sometimes..
Is this something I should be worrying about or is this just a natural thing I'm thinking too much about? I've had concussions in the past so i'm aware that these issues could arise and I suppose the fact I'm noticing them is a positive, along with the anxiety and lack of attention span.
Enough of me though, how's your memory?

Well, I just got some high end DDR3 so I shouldn't have any memory problems now...

mine's weird. I can remember events and moments from when I was as young as say, 4 or 5. Can't remember stuff I did yesterday whatsoever. I have a great long-term memory but my short-term memory is nonexistent.

I think passing out a few times, altered my memory. I can remember things from 20 years ago, but not some things from last week

When I meet a person and they tell me their name, I forget it within two minutes. I keep a list of important dates in my wallet (birthdays, my anniversary, etc.) because I have never been able to keep them straight. I regularly walk from one room of my house to another and forget what i was going to do by the time I get there.
And yet, I can plan a 500 mile road trip and glance quickly at a map and drive unerringly to my destination.
