I decided to not just say wrestlers because some could work better as managers or such, but Alyce: Old Media Enthusiast's article on the two Raws with William Shatner on them got me thinking...with how many times celebrities have been brought up in wrestling, who out of them could have been long term wrestling personalities had their schedules allowed, whether in ring or just management. Shatner is one. For the little he did on those Raws, he seemed to have a good grasp of the showmanship at the very least of wrestling. Steven Amell could work too, as he did pretty well for the little bit we saw of him at Summerslam '15. While it was fun to see him just appear every so often to get beat up by Kane, I think Pete Rose as a manager of guys trying to take out Kane for good could have been hilarious in its own way. Any others?

I once had an odd mental image of a British wrestling scene in the 60's where Sean Connery was the narcissistic Heel Champion, Michael Caine was his Bobby Heenan-esque manager and Morcambe & Wise were the commentators. Seemed to fit them quite well.

Seemed to fit them quite well. And then later in Sean's wrestling career, he'd claim to be Russian then later Spanish Egyptian, all the while keeping up the same voice and mannerisms.

I'll go ahead and get it out the way: Dwayne Johnson looks like he might be able to hold his own inside the squared circle

Hans Gruber would make a great evil heel manager. Cold, calculating, and could talk very well.

I always thought Pauly Shore could have been a good weasel type manager.

There are heels in wrestling who wish they could pull off the heel persona Billy Mitchell manages every day.

For sure. He's definitely got the charisma, look, and body.

Shaq. Warren Sapp. Hugh Jackman. Ray Lewis. Jenny McCarthy did Sunny's act better than her in the 90s.

If he had lived, there would be no possible way Wendi Richter vs. Andy Kaufman is not on the first Wrestlemania card. Period. (And likely a long enough run to make it work.)

I think that Hugh Jackman wished he could've been a pro wrestler, he was just great in his past two appearances. He was beyond being a natural, he even understood psychology in my opinion, it probably was because of his experience in theatre.
Also the guy admitted that he grew up as a Brooklyn Brawler fan. Only a person that was obsessed with wrestling would've admitted that.
And the thing I appreciate the most, he gave us an Andy Kaufman moment where he punched Dolph Ziggler where we didn't knew if it was real or not.
I'm gonna get called crazy for saying this, but if he wished to stick around for longer, I think Hugh Jackman would've been better for wrestling than Andy Kaufman.
