As the topic states, who won't be wrestling in the company at that point? Who will be the lead wrestlers? Who's a gatekeeper to the main event?
Mind you that most of the guys tearing it up right now are in their early 30s. Who knows how things will be.

Safe to say most of the real veterans will be done. Big Show, Goldust, Mark Henry, etc, basically everyone over 40. I think the top guys will be pretty similar to how they are now. Balor, Rollins, Owens, Zayn, with a few exceptions.

Can't imagine Big Show, Kane or Mark Henry would be. Hell, Big Show's got one foot in retirement already, he's just waiting to have this Shaq match and then he's calling it a day.
Someone who I might throw out there as a possible shocker... Kevin Owens. He's openly a family man, so I could imagine him trying to make as much bank as he can now so he can retire early with his health, go home to the missus and watch the kids grow up, off the back of a successful 16-21 year wrestling career.

These are really hard to predict, even more so than the 'Who will be fired?' threads. But generally, it's the ones you don't expect or think about that stick around.
Someone who is pushed hard at one point of their career is likely to burn out for one another (see: Cody Rhodes, Ryback, Punk, AJ Lee, Eve Torres). They've seen the good side of WWE and, when things go south relatively or completely, they rightfully peace out. A jobber like Alicia Fox, Slater, or my boy Primo might still be here because they don't expect big pushes and are mostly content to fulfill their tasks.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Sasha gone if her TV time were to be drastically scaled back, for example.

I'll say AJ Styles for the same reason. He's older than Owens and probably is getting this WWE run in to make sure his family is set up for the future.

It's a good thing Styles is well on track to a Hall of Fame career, then, if this run only lasts three or four years.

I think we'll see a lot of the guys end their in-ring career, or transition to lighter schedules, at earlier ages. Those who are in favor will most likely transition to a behind the scenes role. I think AJ will probably be the first of the current crop of former indy guys to do this. I really hope that Owens can do some teaching at the PC when he decides to transition as well. It's really hard to tell about 5 years from now, though. I worry that the indy guys have so much wear and tear from before their WWE tenure that they'll be sooner rather than later.

Beating Cena clean at Summerslam and becoming WWE Champion in his first year also isn't bad either, finally quelled critics and skeptics who probably told him he'd never have a successful WWE Run, within a year it's already successful. And I feel even if he doesn't stay five years he's already accomplished what he probably wanted to for years... but I look forward to everything else Styles does while he's here and at the top of his game, because he's still one of the absolute best.

Big Show, Henry and Kane are already winding down, surely Undertaker doesn't have 5 more mania matches left in him (I said that 5 years ago though), Cena will be a hype/PR guy for the major shows but will be doing acting and making mini Bellas, Nakamura after a few years on the main roster will have ticked making it in America off the bucket list and return home, Brock will retire once he's too old for another UFC fight and there's a limit to how much money he can get out of the WWE as he ages, both members of Golden Truth will quietly move into backstage jobs. As for unexpected ones, well guys like Miz and Ziggler might want to retire healthy as they'd be at the post 40 put people over stage by then and have enough money to live well, also having done everything they can they might lose motivation to keep on with the schedule Orton too, AJ will be 44 but might want to carry on for a bit to make up for lost time.
HHH will certainly have a match at WM 38, probably against Owens or Zayn.

The Iron Sheik will finally be getting to the ring at WrestleMania 38, so I know he's not on this list.

Hopefully not Undertaker. I like the guy, but he's looking worse by the year. Don't want him Flair-ing it and ruining any good memories with stinking up the ring and looking terrible.

Based on his current schedule and apparent mentality, I don't see Cena being around. Might go down to part time, but wouldn't be surprised if he's retired to go pursue a more media-centric career.
And it goes without saying, if Cena's gone, Nikki will likely be gone too.

I'm terrible at predicting these so I'm not going to Hopefully not Undertaker. I like the guy, but he's looking worse by the year. Don't want him Flair-ing it and ruining any good memories with stinking up the ring and looking terrible. I disagree and thought he looked much better post mania 30 than he had in years. That said I wouldn't be surprised if he does hang it up permanently within 5 years... though as long as Vince calls him for a Mania paycheck I think he'll answer it.
