Brayden Schenn is now tied with Schwartz for 4th in the league in points. What a great deal getting him.

The Habs are in big, big trouble and, while the injury to Carey Price doesn’t help, it’s not the reason why they’re in the state they’re in.

With the 2019 Winter Classic, I'm hoping for Rockford vs. Cleveland & Indy vs. Fort Wayne as the warm up acts.

Logically, it'd be Chicago vs. Grand Rapids, but because the Wolves were created to combat the Blackhawks in the first place, they'd rather use their affiliated teams.

Brayden Schenn has 15 points in the last 7 games. Many wow. I guess when you on a line with someone you played with at Ten years old in Schwartz and being used in a role that he wanted to be in as a Center. This is the result and I'm enjoying it. Schenn is being the Center right now that the Blues been lacking for a long time. The front two lines been amazing and I feel when Berglund comes back which is soon, the Third line is going to get a little spark to help put some depth on this team. They been amazing considering all the injuries I doubt many expected them to be this good.

This year's Devils team is like, the anti-Devils team in a lot of ways compared to the team's history. Young and inexperienced with a speedy and exciting offense and mediocre-at-best defense.

Man, ESPN's power rankings are the worst I have ever seen them. What a mess of playing favorites.

Wouldn't mind getting to Citi Field for that game, though the Rangers being outdoors yet again is getting kind of annoying (not quite as ubiquitous as Chicago or Pitt yet, of course).
Side note, anybody else kind of over the whole 3-on-3 overtime thing? I know why they're doing it and appreciate wanting to avoid too many shootouts, but the quality of hockey in 4-on-4 is just much better and more entertaining. I'm sure the players wouldn't be too down for this, but I wish they could reach a deal for, I don't know, first four minutes of OT are 4-on-4, then maybe switch to 3-on-3 for an extra three minutes?

But 3-on-3 seems like painfully gimmicky, watered down hockey. It would be like if football OT had arena league rules. Also, at least shootout goals/goals against don't count for real stats. Good scoring chances with all that ice are so hard to avoid in OT, I feel like the stats shouldn't count. 4-on-4 opens up scoring chances enough without making it almost impossible to play defense. And if it goes to a shootout, so be it. It's a last resort, it's still kind of fun and interesting, and the stats don't count.

Yeah, it is 3 on 3, but every minute without a goal the ice surface reduces by 3 feet on all sides. Get it nice and cramped, baby.

Two minutes of 3-on-3, then every minute two players have to fight and the loser leaves the ice much like dodgeball.

I can't stand it(and was never really fond of it to begin with) but then Oilers fans look at me like I've got three heads.
