I have been listening to his podcast and really enjoy it. I have heard and seen him since I became a fan, but honestly, I have never really known exactly what he did and brings to thw table. He has been at the tippy top of the wrestling business duri.g the biggest highs and been around forever. What is it that he brings to the table?

Single handedly responsible for booming TNA's greatest era in the summer/fall of 2012.
Just a great mind and underrated writer. Really got how to maintain the spirit and strengths of wrestling while adopting a week-to-week television presentation when most writers/bookers have struggled with one or the other.

TBH he's a bit of an arse kisser so no I don't think he is How are being an arse kisser and being talented mutually exclusive? Right. Prichard can be an enormous asset to the creative side of things, and has been for decades. His being a stooge doesn't negate that.

As an on screen performer, no doubt about it. Brother Love was awesome. A heat generating machine.

I forget, was he the one who came up with the Undertaker gimmick? Yep. I'd say that brought a lot to the table.

He's managed to stay employed for some25+ odd years, so he must have something to contribute, right? I kinda like him, but that doesn't mean I looooooooooooooove him.

Was he fired (or did he leave?) because he wouldn't kiss Haitch's ass and even called him a detriment to the company? Or am I thinking of Patterson?

Didn't he play some goofy cowboy character for a very short period of time after Brother Love was written off?

Patterson had a falling out with WWE at some point due to some conflict with Triple H, or that was the newz take on it, anyway. I don't think he was gone particularly long, so I assume he got over it.

Like Cornette, he has an upside when he brings his A-game, but he was also on the writing team for some of the worst years in the WWF's history and deserves some of the blame for that, as well as criticism for crap like Reo Rodgers.

Didn't he play some goofy cowboy character for a very short period of time after Brother Love was written off? He played Reo Rodgers which I'm pretty sure was a dig at Dusty Rhodes. He has the accent and had a "if you wheel" kind of way of talking. Character didn't last long, I think a few segments in fall 1993. He did a visit to the "Hart" house (fake Stu and Helen) with Shawn Michaels for a Survivor Series special. After that I don't really recall him being around. I guess it was just a small way to bring him back on TV without going back to Brother Love. He was already employed, not like they are bringing in anyone special.

He a hit or miss as a writer IMO but when playing a character like Brother Love, he can draw heat and get over. Great talker. Say what you want about being an ass kisser and sure he was. for 25+ in that role of a writer/ backstage hand he must had some kind of talent. He didn't last long in TNA but when he was there things was getting better and really was the last time TNA was really going somewhere.
