For example, oddly enough, Joe Dirt and The Devils Rejects have pretty much the same soundtrack.
Any others?

Pretty much every late 90s- Early 2000's raunchy/teen/sex/stoner comedy was a complitation record of the current Pop Punk and Alt Rock hits.

Pretty much every late 90s- Early 2000's raunchy/teen/sex/stoner comedy. Yup. Guaranteed to find "In The Middle", "Fat Lip", "The Anthem", "Laid", and "Bouncing Off The Walls" on damn near all of them, at least in the trailers.

There are a lot of similarities between the soundtracks to "Local Hero" and "The Princess Bride", and the Dire Straits album "Brothers In Arms". Sort of understandable since Mark Knopfler wrote them all

Amazed at the years WWF got out of including Hook music in its promos.

Batman Forever and Batman & Robin.
Same composer (Elliot Goldenthal) who I swear did a little different stuff for Ivy & Freeze, but kept everything else the exact same.

-Seems like EVERY damn 90s romcom had either In Your Eyes or Solsbury Hill.
-Seems like EVERY coming of age/overcoming something film had Walking on Sunshine.
-And I can't believe that it hasn't been brought up yet....EVERY PORN EVER.

Scream 2 straight up lifted Broken Arrow's main theme for a scene with Courtney Cox and David Arquette.

Watch Commando and 48 Hours. It will blow your mind. Same composer, James Horner, did the score. The scores do sound remarkably similar though.
