For me it's Champloo, I just found myself enjoying more episodes. I love Bebop to death and I'm sure someone could twist my arm into saying "it's probably better but I prefer Champloo", but I'm a Mugen man.

Champloo is great, but Cowboy Bebop is legendary.

Champloo's great and all but, yeah, there's a damn good reason Bebop is held in such high regard.

I find it impossible to choose really. I'm one of those weird people who saw Samurai Champloo before Bebop, (no particular reason why, I just did) and I really don't think I could choose between them.

Blue is perhaps the only anime song that makes me get teary eyed whenever I hear it. Even though they were only around for the duration of the show, The Seatbelts put their heart and soul into each song.
Bebop is legendary and its something that should be preserved and remembered for generations. Put it up against any new anime today and Bebop will win hands down. You can't run from your past no matter how much you want to, you have to carry that weight
