Here is another one.
Cowboy Bebop is timeless, no more needs to be said about that. That is one of the first animes I remember watching and loved every second of it even at a younger age. Repeated watching have enhanced understanding of the series as I got older. The movie was okay as well.
Samurai champloo is one of the first animes that got me listening to the soundtrack. The music and atmosphere of that show is what set it apart at the time. The characters are funny and engaging and the action scenes are top notch. The story has a lot more heart then you expect going into it but the intersecting stories of the characters made it great. Even the filler episodes out of continuity rank as some my favorite episodes
So I choose both. How about u ?

Champloo is alright but Bebop is one of my favorite shows period. Anime, animated or otherwise.

I've never watched most anime TV shows, but Cowboy Bebop is an exception. My entrance music for backyard wrestling was TANK!

I never really cared for Samurai Champloo. Which is weird, because I like stuff that involves samurais and ninjas and kung-fu of the sorts.
Cowboy Bebop is one the greatest animes ever created. The characters, the plot, the music, the drama, the humor, the fact that it's one of few animes that I prefer either subbed or dubbed. And it has aged so well. I can pop in either the series or the movie and I still enjoy every minute of it.
When I was younger, I wished it went on longer. But now, I truly appreciate how it ended.
I have the full series on DVD, the movie on DVD, hell I've got Funko Pops of Spike and Jet on preorder. Not sure I'm gonna get Faye or Edward yet.
Cowboy Bebop ranks right alongside Lupin the Third as one of my favorite anime ever.

Bebop is my all-time favorite anime, so I'm going with Bebop.
I'd put Ballad of Fallen Angels against pretty much any episode from any other anime.

Cowboy Bebop. The answer is always Cowboy Bebop. This show f'ing changed my life, I ain't even kidding. It certainly raised my standards for anime. Considering the one other anime I was watching at the time was Pokémon, it was a massive whiplash in terms of quality and tone. It was so good that even the French dub team forgot to suck. Seriously, most French dubs of anime are horrible but Cowboy Bebop has an amazing one, to the point that I was actually a bit disappointed with the English one.

Both were good but Bebop had a more memorable story that was more relatable. You had Faye trying to figure out her past, Spike running from and then confronting his past, Jet dealing with the lingering effects of his past on him, and Ed running through life as carefree as ever. It also had an amazing soundtrack that was almost its own character like the one for Guardians of the Galaxy.
Champloo was a good show too, but its story was really just Fuu trying to find her father while scamming Jin and Mugen into being her bodyguards. That's it. They had their own troubled pasts like Jin being framed for his master's murder and Mugen being an ex-pirate but their pasts weren't focused on as much. And the soundtrack was nice, but not as impactful as Bebops as not everyone likes hip-hop. Plus, Champloo didn't take itself as seriously as Bebop did most of the time. Not that there's anything wrong with that because it was funny. But some people prefer hard drama over comedy-dramas. Bebop had funny moments but not as much as Champloo's.

Space Dandy But seriously Cowboy Bebop, Space Dandy is weird in that it isn't actually a Watanabe show. I mean yes his name is attached but it is really just a collection of single episode tales from other anime directors. Watanabe basically just kind of gave them an outline to work with and let them go to town(which is why the quality moves up and down depending on the episode so much). Many of the rookie directors who started out on Space Dandy have gone on to direct their own full length shows, though. Like the guy who directed the plant people episode is directing the currently airing Flip Flappers, which is a stunningly beautiful show.

I absolutely loved Samurai Champloo. I may be in the minority of humanity, but I always thought Bebop was overrated.

Cowboy Bebop is what got me into anime, great episodes, an amazing end track in the Real Folk Blues. Mushroom Samba is one of the most hilarious episodes I have ever seen anime wise as well plus Vicious as a villain was great
